噶玛巴赞颂 顶礼洛给夏ra雅（观世音菩萨）。 以慈悲之眼垂视三界众生， 具足通晓过去、现在、未来一切所知之智慧， 是安住三处空行母会聚之主尊， 我向殊胜的噶玛巴（ Karmapa，噶玛巴）致敬！ 您拥有无与伦比的巴协（Pakshi，鸟）之名，通晓三世， 是自生任运的金刚持如来（Vajradhara Tathagata，金刚持如来）， 从见即具义的历代传承上师， 我向引导无边众生的您致敬！ 您安住于任运自成的大乐（Mahasukha，大乐）境界中， 清晰照见后得位中一切法的种种差别， 以事业散发神圣佛法的光芒， 我向一切具缘者的君王致敬！ 您甫一降生，便超越了孩童的行为， 发出石狮子吼：‘我是噶玛巴，’ ‘于三有之中，无有与我匹敌者！’ 我向您这无畏的誓言致敬！ 您具备四无量心，处于广大发心之海的中央， 拥有四摄之阶梯，如珠串般环绕， 四部密续之顶峰，将您庄严， 我向一切秘密之须弥山致敬！ 您以善巧方便将五毒之河流， 转化为五智的道路， 并证得五部如来之主尊，大金刚持（Vajradhara，金刚持）的 果位，我向您致敬！ 您以化身调伏六道众生， 以六字真言（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思： 嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽）之音声响彻十方， 以六种神通，无碍周遍一切， 我向您这功德事业圆满者致敬！ 上方，天神降下盛大的供养之雨， 中间，您转动调伏士夫之法轮， 下方，龙族以顶上的珍宝来朝拜， 我向三界众生的怙主致敬！ 仅仅见到您的圣容，便心生欢喜， 听闻您殊胜的教言，便能从恶趣的怖畏中解脱， 忆念您的智慧与慈悲，便能获得轮回与涅槃的兴盛， 我向您这不可思议的解脱行境致敬！ 于此五浊恶世，您是众生的怙佑噶玛巴（Karmapa，噶玛巴）， 以此如理赞颂的善妙功德， 愿一切如母有情之痛苦得以平息， 并获得大乐解脱之富饶！ 此赞颂之方式，乃是应赞颂之对境， 视彼为佛陀之持佛者，桑杰嘉灿（Sangye Gyaltsen， 佛幢）之 恳请，由具足贤善智慧者， 为获功德之故，索南僧格（Sonam Senge，功德狮子）所书写。 善哉！

A Praise to Karmapa Homage to Lokishvara! You gaze upon the beings of the three realms with eyes of compassion, Possessing the wisdom that knows all knowable things of the three times, You are the chief of all the gatherings of dakinis in the three places, I prostrate to the supreme Karmapa! You have the incomparable name of Pakshi, knowing the three times, The self-arisen, playful Vajradhara Tathagata, From the lineage of forms that are meaningful to behold, I prostrate to you who guide limitless beings! You abide in the state of spontaneous great bliss, Clearly seeing the individual distinctions of all phenomena in the subsequent attainment, Your activity unfolds the rays of sacred dharma, I prostrate to the king of all fortunate ones! Immediately after your birth, you transcended the conduct of a child, And declared, 'I am the Karmapa,' 'In the three realms of existence, there is no rival to me!' I prostrate to your fearless vow! You possess the four immeasurables, in the midst of an ocean of vast intention, Adorned with a string of steps of the four means of attraction, Beautifully adorned with the peaks of the four tantras, I prostrate to the mountain of all secrets! You skillfully transform the rivers of the five poisons Into the path of the five wisdoms, And manifest the state of the great Vajradhara, lord of the five families, I prostrate to you who accomplish this! Your form emanates to tame the beings of the six realms, Your speech proclaims the sound of the six-syllable mantra (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum) in the ten directions, Your mind possesses the six kinds of clairvoyance, unobstructed and unimpeded, I prostrate to you whose qualities and activity are spontaneously accomplished! From above, the gods shower down a great rain of offerings, In the middle, you turn the wheel to tame individuals, From below, the nagas approach with jewels on their crowns, I prostrate to the protector of beings in the three realms! Merely seeing your form brings great joy, Hearing your supreme speech protects from the fears of the lower realms, Remembering your wisdom and compassion bestows the glory of samsara and nirvana, I prostrate to your liberation that is beyond comprehension! In these degenerate times, you are the refuge and protector of beings, Karmapa, Through the white virtue of properly praising you, May the suffering of all mother-like beings be completely pacified, And may they attain the wealth of great bliss and liberation! This way of praising was written at the urging of Sangye Gyaltsen, who holds that the object of praise Is the Buddha himself, by Sonam Senge, who possesses excellent intelligence, In order to gain merit.
