Here, for the yogis who have entered the path of the Great Secret Vajrayana, to restore and confess the broken vows, there are three parts, the first of which is the preliminary stage. Namo. All the Sugatas of the three times, their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, are united as the self-aware Vajrasattva. From this day forward, I take refuge in you. To establish all beings in the state of the three kayas, I generate the mind of enlightenment. To the Vajrasattva who is the essence of the assembly of lineages, I prostrate from a state of non-duality. I offer a great cloud of wondrous offerings, as an ornament of magical display. All violations, faults, and transgressions, I confess in the expanse of the aimless Dharmadhatu. I rejoice in all the virtues of the three circles being pure, with an attitude of non-attachment. I urge you to reveal the meaning of the profound secret Vajra essence, with various melodious sounds. I request that all the Victorious Ones, together with their offspring, reside forever in as many particles as there are realms pervading space. All virtuous accumulations, with outflows and without outflows, I gather together and dedicate to the Great Enlightenment. Second, the actual confession: ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Ah. I visualize myself as ordinary, in front of me is a palace, the pure realm of Khechara and Akanishta, with unsurpassed and perfect arrangement. In all directions, above and below, all the deities of the three kayas, display various forms of the body, the speech proclaims the Dharma sound of the supreme vehicle, the mind contemplates all beings. 所有，尤其以如同虚空般的众生为主。化现如微尘般的身体顶礼，并非口头说说而是发自内心。从根本和支分的誓言中，所有违背、衰损、破损之处，为了忏悔而努力于此方法。如此念诵并思维。之后念诵《无垢忏悔续》等，最后，观想上师金刚萨埵的心间，有五股金刚杵，中央是月轮上的白色吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽），周围环绕着要念诵的咒语，从中降下智慧甘露之流，洗净与自己有关联的、以主要众生为主的所有人的，衰损、过患、罪堕、障碍，从而获得金刚萨埵的果位。如此思维。心与意融合，持续修持，尽力念诵百字明咒。金刚萨埵尊颜说道：种姓之子，你的一切罪障、过患、罪堕都已清净。观想所有本尊化为光融入自身，安住于无分别的境界中。第三、后行之事业是，将三轮清净的善资粮，从无分别的境界中回向给众生。以此力量，愿所有众生同时，成就三身金刚持。如此等等，以清净的回向和发愿来圆满结束。此乃应萨迦护地自在主索南旺堆寂静示现之圆寂，为成办无垢忏悔续千万遍修持之时，应法友名为热纳夏萨纳者之请求，由庸碌者名为郭哲达玛者所写，愿三时吉祥！ 无垢忏悔续的念诵方法。

All, especially for sentient beings as vast as space. Emanating bodies as numerous as dust particles, I prostrate, not just with words but from the depths of my heart. From the root and branch vows, all violations, deteriorations, and breakages, I strive in this method for the sake of confession. Recite and contemplate in this way. Then recite the "Stainless Confession Tantra" and others, and finally, visualize in the heart of the Lama Vajrasattva, a five-pronged golden vajra, in the center of which is a white Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།, हुं, hūṃ, Hūṃ) on a moon disc, surrounded by the mantra to be recited. From this, a stream of wisdom nectar descends, purifying the deteriorations, faults, transgressions, and obscurations of all those connected, especially the main sentient beings, so that they attain the state of Vajrasattva. Think in this way. Blending heart and mind, and maintaining the radiance of practice, recite the hundred-syllable mantra to the best of your ability. Vajrasattva speaks from his face, saying: "Son of the lineage, all your sins, obscurations, faults, and transgressions are purified." Visualize all the deities dissolving into light and merging into yourself, and abide in a state of non-discrimination. The third, subsequent activity, is to dedicate all the accumulation of merit of the three circles, from the state of non-discrimination, to sentient beings. Through this power, may all sentient beings simultaneously attain the three kāyas of Vajradhara. Thus, and so forth, conclude by adorning with pure dedication and aspiration. This was written at the time of accomplishing the ten million recitations of the Stainless Confession Tantra, to fulfill the intention of Sakya Protector of the Earth, Sonam Wangdu, who passed into peace, at the request of a Dharma friend named Ratna Shasana, by the mediocre one named Götrul Dharma.
