以四种确信显示解脱的程度。 以四种确信显示解脱的程度。 第四，以四种确信显示解脱的程度是，如《牟帝鬘》中所说：“程度即是四种确信之瑜伽。”以及《宝积经》中所说：“以不变见之四大确信，亦能把握不退转之智慧程度。”因此，彼时以不变之四大确信，能显示不退转之智慧程度。即于自明本初未曾错乱之基础上，知晓不可能感受苦乐，故虽闻六道之痛苦与寿命，亦无因堕恶趣而生之恐惧与疑惑之确信；知晓轮回连名称亦未成立，故对于经历因果异熟无有希望与担忧之确信；知晓法性之体性不可能有迷乱与解脱，故对于可得之执著果位，无有希望希求与勤作之确信；知晓自明之外，连微尘许之佛陀亦无有，且已到达彼体性，故虽闻三宝无量功德，亦能于执著相与喜怒平等清净之确信，以四种方式达到程度，而使修行圆满。如是四种边际之必要，如经中所说：“暂时能各自成就自方之义，究竟能使证悟更高功德达到圆满。”若无彼等，亦不能达到圆满，如经中所说：“以边际之口诀，更高功德达于究竟。”以及“若无边际要诀之支持，大圆满修行不能达到究竟。” 以四种确信显示解脱的程度。

And as stated in the "Heap of Jewels": "With the four great assurances of unchanging view, one also grasps the measure of irreversible wisdom." Therefore, at that time, the four great assurances of immutability show the measure of irreversible wisdom. That is, on the basis of self-awareness being primordially unconfused, knowing that it is impossible to experience pleasure and pain, even if one hears of the suffering and lifespans of the six realms, one has the assurance of no fear or doubt of falling into the lower realms; knowing that samsara is not even established in name, one has the assurance of no hope or fear of experiencing the ripening of cause and effect; knowing that confusion and liberation are impossible in the nature of reality, one has the assurance of no hope, aspiration, or effort for an attainable, grasping result; knowing that there is not even a particle of a Buddha separate from self-awareness, and having arrived at that nature, even if one hears of the immeasurable qualities of the Three Jewels, one has the assurance of purifying attachment and equanimity of joy and sorrow, thus reaching the measure in four ways and perfecting practice. Thus, the necessity of the four limits is also stated in the tantra: "Temporarily, the meanings of one's own side are accomplished separately, and ultimately, the realization of higher qualities becomes perfected." And that without them, perfection is not possible is also stated in the tantra: "With the instructions of the limits, higher qualities reach the end."
