The Key Points of the Three Doors. The Key Points of the Three Doors. The Key Points of the Body. Secondly, the way to rely on the lineage of immaculate wisdom, the key points of the three doors. Manifesting directly in oneself through the four key points, introducing the meaning of manifestation. Firstly, the way to seize the key points of the three doors, according to the Uttaratantra: "The key point of direct perception is body, speech, and mind. Each of their key points should be well adjusted." Thus, among the three of the three doors, firstly, regarding seizing the key points of the body, there are four aspects: the way it is necessary to seize, the actual seizing, the faults of not seizing, and the benefits of seizing. The way it is necessary to seize the key points of the body is, according to the Klong gsal: "Even though awareness has transformed to abide in the body, if the mandalas are not controlled, wisdom cannot appear as power." Thus, since it is desired that the appearance of awareness, the nature of reality, which is inherently abiding in oneself, be seen directly by the senses, it is said that first the key points of body and speech must be seized. The actual seizing is, according to the Uttaratantra: "The body should not constantly deviate from the posture of the three kayas." And, according to the Mutig Trengwa: "The key points of the body are of three kinds: the posture of a lion, the posture of an elephant, and one should abide like a hermit." And, according to the 'Das rjes: "Establish the postures of elephant, lion, and hermit." Thus, the posture of the Dharmakaya is: sitting on a cushion in the dog posture like a lion, with the two knees slightly spread outwards, the soles of the two feet facing each other in front, suppressing the moving winds. Placing the thumb at the base of the index finger, with the fingers curled, placing the palms of the hands on the ground in the center or inside of the soles of the feet, balancing the elements. Straightening the body and opening the upper torso allows the winds to flow comfortably. Tilting the head back with the neck raised high greatly strengthens the ability to stop conceptual thoughts. Gazing unblinkingly at the sky between the eyebrows allows one to obtain the vajra eyes. This posture and way of looking temporarily separates one from all fears of delusion. Inner elements dissolve in their own place. Ultimately, understanding the meaning of the nature of reality leads to liberation into the Dharmakaya. The posture of the Sambhogakaya is: lying face down in the sleeping posture of an elephant, with the elbows planted on the ground, balancing the male and female winds into a neutral state. Joining the knees and chest increases essence and bliss-warmth. The palms of the hands

Posture of Reliance: Pressing fingers to the cheeks stops coarse winds. Extending and curling the toes outward, straightening the back, and slightly tilting the head balances sinking and agitation. Gazing askance at the sky directly ahead with the eyes obtains the lotus eyes. This seizes the winds that move at any time, and the five spontaneously accomplished lights arise, thereby engaging with the meaning of the nature of reality, ultimately liberating into the Sambhogakaya. The posture of the Nirmanakaya is: sitting upright cross-legged balances the channels and winds. Aligning the two shanks and placing the soles of the feet on the ground suppresses the power of water. Slightly contracting the anus and pressing against the back cuts off the continuity of thoughts. Pressing the knees to the chest manifests mirror-like wisdom. Placing the elbows of both hands on the knees and crossing the wrists to form the vajra fist, lifting the throat balances heat and cold. Alternatively, encircling the kidneys with the elbows and touching them cures cold diseases. Alternatively, bending and covering the knees cures hot diseases. Straightening the spine causes wind and mind to flow into the nature of reality. Lowering the eyes slightly and gazing dimly into space obtains the Dharma eye. At this time, warmth arises in the body, the elements are balanced, and thus one gains mastery over the meaning of the nature of reality. Ultimately, one is liberated into the Nirmanakaya. Thus, whatever posture is adopted, it should not be too constrained or closed, but rather relaxed in each part, so that the essential points are not obstructed. Furthermore, there is the manifestation of enlightenment, symbolized by the immutable vajra, and many postures of the limbs are taught, but here it is said that this much is sufficient, so I will not elaborate further. Thus, the fault of not seizing the key points of body and speech is that the wisdom of awareness, the complete collection of the three kayas, the indivisible, spontaneously accomplished great bliss, is inherently present within oneself, but if the key points are not seized, it will not manifest, and the aforementioned qualities will not arise. As it is said in the 'Longsal': If the key points of the body are not seized, the winds of arising and ceasing cannot be seized, likewise, warmth will not arise in the body, and awareness will not be able to manifest. So it is said. The benefits of seizing are that the qualities of the clear light, the path appearance of the nature of reality, manifest vision, etc., will arise, and ultimately one will be liberated into the mind-space of the three kayas of the ultimate Buddha, and thus one will transcend suffering, as it is also said in the 'Talgyur': The Dharma-kaya's posture is that of a lion, the fear of delusion
