Here, too, it should be done accordingly. Among these, first, introducing the state of meditation: As stated in the 'Precious Lamp,' 'From the nature of the three placements, the meaning of primordial purity will become manifest.' Therefore, the body in vajra posture, remaining still in equipoise like a mountain, is the mountain-like placement. The eyes fixed straight ahead at a distance of an arrow's length, unmoving like the ocean, is the ocean-like placement. Leaving the intellect uncorrected, naturally and spontaneously in the state of innate Dharma-nature, without effort, is the intellect-like placement. Thus, allow them to remain still and unmoving. Hey! Fortunate ones, now look at this self-luminous, naked awareness without distraction! The stainless, pure Buddha is the self-aware Dharmakaya, unchanging. Sa le seng nge wal le ba, like the cloudless autumn sky. Remain unchangeably stable like a mountain! Remain unmoving and clear like an ocean! Remain vast and without limitations like the sky! However you remain, remain in the state of awareness! However it arises, let it be the radiance of awareness! In the arising and abiding, let self-awareness be clear and lucid! Just as birds, wherever they fly, do not go beyond the sky, so too, all phenomena remain in the state of awareness. Let all phenomena be self-luminous and unmoving! Having said this, by abandoning the mind into space with the sound Phat (藏文:ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), the previous state of non-thought also dissolves. Then, a clear, vast, and open expanse of awareness arises, without conceptualization of arising sensations and without antidotes to grasping. This is the meditation of self-abiding awareness. Therefore, recognize this and transform the state of awareness. At any time, whether good or bad thoughts arise, gaze intently at the state of self-aware spontaneity, and the ungrasping, self-abiding meditation will arise nakedly and clearly. This alone is effortless, spontaneously accomplished meditation, like a continuous stream. Having introduced it in this way, and having gained some stability in it, by combining various activities with one's own experience, and integrating meditation with conduct, all actions, thoughts, and concepts will arise as the play of Dharma-nature, without distinction between meditation and post-meditation, day and night." } ] ============================================================

There is no interval of 'na'. There is no dharma of acceptance and rejection. Without the calculation of meditator and object of meditation, all is recited within the intention of primordial purity, the exhaustion of phenomena, the self-display of awareness. Thus it is said. Likewise, in the Transcendent Treatise, it is said: In the essence, primordial purity, wisdom, there is no existence of what is called ignorance. There is no number of one and two. Even mere wisdom is not established. Thus it is said. Introducing the state of self-abiding contemplation.
