于外境修习是： 于外境修习是： 第二，修习也分内外两种。首先，于外境修习是：以猛烈而短促、充满力量的“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）声念诵，观想从心间的“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中发出深蓝色、锐利且快速、具有力量的“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，其大小与穿透的目标相适应，像闪电一样闪耀。无论山石等任何显现为阻碍接触的事物，仅仅接触它，就如同被闪电击中一样，观想内外通透，没有阻碍和空隙地穿透。当熟练时，其征兆是，所有外境都变得空荡荡的，出现阻碍消散、显现却无自性的体验。由此，能知晓所有显现皆无实，并能转为乐、明、自解脱，如彩虹般的状态。 于外境修习是：

It flashes like lightning. Whatever appears as an obstacle to contact, such as mountains or rocks, upon mere contact, imagine it being pierced through, inside and out, without obstruction or gaps, as if struck by lightning. The sign of proficiency is that all external appearances become empty and clear, and the experience of obstacles dissolving and appearances being without inherent existence arises. Through this, one knows that all appearances are unreal and transforms into bliss, clarity, and self-liberation, becoming like a rainbow. Training in external appearances:
