རྒྱས་གདབ་པ།（增长） རྒྱས་གདབ་པ།（增长） iv8 外显现上增长。第二是语调柔，出自《颠倒经》：语安住于吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)之中，增长和勤修，以柔软之道而行持，如是语调柔，利益于心。如是说，增长，勤修，调柔，行持于道，此为四者。第一者也有内外二者，第一是外显现上增长：于寂静处结跏趺坐，观想心间蓝色吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字，口中念诵吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)，声音悦耳而悠长，与此同时，心间的吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字中，无数的吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字无间断地生出，乃至外面的房屋和住所，城市和国土，世界和虚空，多到无法想象，吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字充满，发出细细的、明亮的光芒，观想所有轮涅的显现都融入吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字中，闪闪发光。将气、显现和意识三者融入吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字中，牙齿和嘴唇不要接触，念诵时吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字发出嗡嗡的声音，如蜂巢震动一般。如是反复不散乱地修持，所有显现都成为吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字的增长之相，所有显现都变得模糊不清，并显现为吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字的自性。由此，外境的显现将从无自性中解脱。 内蕴上增长。 第二是内蕴上增长：如前一样，念诵悠长的吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字，使外面的吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字一个接一个地次第生起，全部从感官的门进入，充满身体的内部，观想血肉和内脏都变得不可见，并被净化，通过屏住呼吸，身体内部充满吽(ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)字的光芒，感到不适。由此，身体的元素得到净化，有形的蕴将从无漏中解脱。 རྒྱས་གདབ་པ།（增长）

རྒྱས་གདབ་པ། (Expansion) རྒྱས་གདབ་པ། (Expansion) iv8 Expanding on External Appearances. The second is refining speech. From the *Thalgyur* (Inversion Sutra): "Speech abides as Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Expansion and diligent practice, placing them on the path of gentleness, thus refining speech benefits the mind." As it is said, expansion, diligent practice, gentleness, and placing on the path are fourfold. The first also has two aspects, outer and inner. The first, expanding on external appearances, is as follows: In a secluded place, sit in the lotus posture. Visualize a blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at your heart center. Simultaneously, recite Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) melodiously and at length. From the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at your heart, countless Hūṃs (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arise without interruption. Visualize that houses and dwellings, cities and lands, and the entire universe, beyond comprehension, are filled with Hūṃs (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) shimmering and blazing, and that all appearances of the stable and moving dissolve into Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), flashing brightly. Combine the three—wind, appearance, and consciousness—into one with Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Recite with your teeth and lips barely touching, imagining the natural sound of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) vibrating like a disturbed beehive. By repeatedly and undistractedly practicing in this way, all that appears becomes a sign of the expansion of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), and all appearances become blurred and manifest as the nature of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Through this, external appearances will be liberated into their lack of inherent existence. Expanding on the Inner Aggregates. Second, expanding on the inner aggregates: As before, by reciting the long Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the external Hūṃs (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arise one after another in succession. All enter inward through the sense gates. Visualize that the entire inside of the body is filled, purifying flesh, blood, and internal organs until they are indistinguishable. By holding the breath, the aggregates are marked by the expansion of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), and the inside of the body is filled with the shimmering and resounding of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，梵文罗马音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), causing a feeling of discomfort.
