The two lights are said to be the supreme times.\" Like in spring, when trees, leaves, and flowers are newly born and bloom, merits and realizations are also newly born. In autumn, when fruits ripen and grain essence gathers, the fruit of practice is accomplished, and it is easy to realize the essential meaning. In winter, when it is slightly cold and the temperature is moderate, the body is comfortable, and one desires to meditate. The two lights are when the sun rises to the top of the mountain in the morning and when the sun sets in the evening. These two times are good because they are clear and visions increase. Moreover, this is important for introduction, and there are benefits of having the key time and faults of not having it.
