In order to retrieve the diminished, deteriorated, and increased life force, hold the five-colored arrow banner and recite as follows: Hūṃ hrīḥ! Samantabhadra and Amitābha, lords of the life of the Dharmakāya, through the glorious power of your wisdom, love, and ability, gather the life essence of the Dharmakāya, the meaning lineage, and the realization. Restore the diminished life force from the realm of mind. Grant the life empowerment and accomplishment of the unerring mind. May you attain the increase of equanimity, beyond-mind samādhi.
