ཉི་གྲགས་ལྷ་མོ་སྔགས་བདག་མའི་གསོལ་བསྡུས་བཞུགས།། ཉི་གྲགས་ལྷ་མོ་སྔགས་བདག་མའི་གསོལ་བསྡུས་བཞུགས།། བྷྱོ། ཁྲག་ཞག་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འཁྱིལ་པའི་ཀློང་དཀྱིལ་ནས། །ཐོད་པའི་སྐུ་མཁར་མེ་རླུང་འཚུབས་མའི་དབུས། །དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྷ་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་སྔགས་བདག་མ། །མཐིང་ནག་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་སྤྱན་གསུམ་པ། །ཕྱག་གཡས་ཁ་ཊྭཱྃ་དར་ནག་གཡོན་ནད་རྐྱལ། །ཞིང་དང་སྟག་ཤམ་མི་རྩིབ་རེ་ལྡེ་གསོལ། །ཐོད་པ་སྐམ་རློན་སྦྲུལ་གྱི་དོ་ཤལ་འཕྱང་། །སྤྱི་གཙུག་རྨ་བྱ་ཟླ་བ་ཚེས་པས་བརྒྱན། །ལྟེ་བར་གསེར་གྱི་ཉི་མས་སྟོང་ཁམས་ཁྱབ། །སྙན་ཆ་སྦྲུལ་དང་དུང་གི་སེང་གེས་བརྒྱན། །རྒྱ་བོང་དམར་གྭའི་སྟེང་ལ་ཕྱེད་སྐྱིལ་བཞུགས། །བ་ལམ་དྲེལ་སྣ་སྟག་སྨན་གཟེར་འདེབས་མ། །ཁྲི་སྨན་སི་ལི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕ་ལམ་མ། །དུང་གི་ཐོར་ཚུགས་བྷེ་བ་ས་ཏྭ་དང་། །བྱེ་བ་དགུ་རིང་ལ་སོགས་དྲེགས་པའི་ཚོགས། །འཁོར་གྱི་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་འབུམ་དང་བཅས། །དམ་ཚིག་དབང་གིས་གནས་འདིར་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཕྱི་ཡི་མཆོད་པ་འདོད་ཡོན་རྣམ་པ་ལྔ། །ནང་གི་མཐུན་རྫས་དྲག་པོའི་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན། །གསང་བའི་མཆོད་པ་སྨན་རཀ་བྷ་ལིངྟ། །ཁྱད་པར་ཤ་ཁྲག་རུས་པ་གླད་སྣ་འབུམ། །ག་བུར་གྲི་སྙིང་མི་དབང་འབྲས་བུའི་ཤ །འཚུབས་ནག་རླུང་གིས་བསྡུས་པའི་རྫས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད། །དེ་ལྟར་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ་བའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མའི་སྐུ་ཚེ་རབ་བརྟན་ཅིང་། །འདུས་པའི་སྡེ་རྒྱས་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་བསྟན་པ་འཕེལ། །མདོར་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་གོ་འཕང་མ་ཐོབ་པར། །ཅི་བསམ་དོན་རྣམས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །རྫོགས་སྤྲུལ་ལྔ་པས་སོ། ། ཉི་གྲགས་ལྷ་མོ་སྔགས་བདག་མའི་གསོལ་བསྡུས་བཞུགས།།

ཉི་གྲགས་ལྷ་མོ་སྔགས་བདག་མའི་གསོལ་བསྡུས་བཞུགས།། ཉི་གྲགས་ལྷ་མོ་སྔགས་བདག་མའི་གསོལ་བསྡུས་བཞུགས།། བྷྱོ། 血脂汇聚成海的中央，颅骨宫殿烈焰风暴的中心，吉祥天女大咒母，深蓝黑色一面二手三眼尊，右持卡杖嘎黑绸缎，左手持疾病之筐，身披田野和虎皮，人骨念珠作装饰，头骨干湿相间，蛇形项链垂挂，头顶以孔雀翎和新月装饰，肚脐处金色太阳光芒遍布虚空，耳饰以蛇和海螺狮子装饰，半跏趺坐于红色骡子之上，骑乘骡子，佩戴虎纹药箱，降伏橛，供奉千种药物，息止病痛，海螺发髻，毗瓦萨陀等，以及九千万傲慢众，与眷属十万黑母一同，以誓言之力祈请降临于此地。外供五种妙欲，内供猛烈的供云，秘密供品为酒肉血食（སྨན་རཀ་བྷ་ལིངྟ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：），特别是血肉骨髓等百万种，以樟脑刀心人王果之肉，以及黑风聚集之物供养。如是供养的加持力，愿吉祥上师的寿命坚固，僧团兴旺，闻思修持教法增上。总之，在未获得菩提果位之前，一切所愿皆能如愿成就。由圆满化身第五世所著。 ཉི་གྲགས་ལྷ་མོ་སྔགས་བདག་མའི་གསོལ་བསྡུས་བཞུགས།།

From the midst of a sea of blood and fat, In the center of a skull palace amidst swirling fire and wind, Glorious Great Goddess, Mantra Mistress, Dark blue-black, one face, two hands, three eyes, Right hand holds a khatvanga with black silk, left hand a basket of disease, Adorned with fields and tiger skin, human bone rosary, Skull garland, dry and wet, snakes hanging as necklaces, Crown adorned with peacock feathers and a crescent moon, At the navel, a golden sun pervades the empty realm, Earrings adorned with snakes and conch lions, Sitting half-lotus atop a red mule, Riding a mule, wearing a tiger-striped medicine box, subduing pegs, Offering a thousand medicines, pacifying pain, Conch shell hair knots, Bhiwa Satva, And a host of ninety million arrogant ones, Together with a hundred thousand black mothers as retinue, By the power of oath, I beseech you to come to this place. Outer offering of the five desirable qualities, Inner offering of fierce offering clouds, Secret offering of medicine, alcohol, and balingta (སྨན་རཀ་བྷ་ལིངྟ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：), Especially a million kinds of flesh, blood, bones, and marrow, Offering camphor, knife heart, human king fruit flesh, And substances gathered by swirling black winds. By the blessing of offering in this way, May the life of the glorious lama be firmly stable, May the assembled sangha flourish, and the teachings of study and practice increase.
