咒护母祈请简轨。 咒护母祈请简轨。 བྷྱོ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 自前血海中央处， 累积百万骷髅之座上， 莲日敌魔男女交叠上， 母母咒之护法虚空色， 一面一齿一眼一发绺， 右手持心左手扬田杖， 干颅顶饰湿颅垂项链， 虎皮裙田和南云绸衫穿， 七百万眷属之众并， 眷属等临此稳固祈住留， 五种欲妙药和血之海， 塔那嘎纳之供无上， 尤其身像咒牌三尖矛， 竹鞭三节莲花血， 菩提心管孔雀之幢竖， 垒石帐篷尸林猛厉饰， 五根意心内脏众， 田之福基纯净酥油灯， 浓脂烟肉血骨之食， 浩瀚虚空界充满作供， 祈请赐予胜共诸成就。 圆满化身第五作。 咒护母祈请简轨。
