塘拉的会供是： 塘拉的会供是： 舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍)！ 欲妙受用之会供轮，加持为智慧甘露之海。三根本具誓财神宝藏主，特别是念青唐拉及其眷属，迎请降临于智慧会供处。饮食享用无尽大宝藏，以五欲庄严之誓言物，无上殊胜之供云大海，供养于应供养者。从无始劫以来，所有违越誓言和自性的罪过，特别是对神灵护法的冒犯，愿以会供轮清净。从无明我执罗刹之因所生，损害之敌魔障碍显现之身，以此智慧猛烈的利刃武器，愿将身语化为微尘般摧毁。识蕴阿字迁于胜者之心间。具力护法之主尊众等，亦请现起威严光辉之身，张开如天地般的大口，利齿如雪山般锋利，伸出如红电般的舌头，将从三毒之因所生的血肉骨，吞入腹中 卡让 卡嘿 (藏文：ཁ་རྃ་ཁཱ་ཧིཿ)！ 拥有余食之权柄的听命使者众，将余供加持为智慧甘露，享用此吉祥之残食，成办瑜伽士所托付的事业。此乃应普察·久美策旺（人名）之请，需要简略的塘拉会供，故由第五世佐钦仁波切·图丹确吉多杰所著。吉祥！ 塘拉的会供是：

The Tsok Offering of Tanglha: The Tsok Offering of Tanglha: Hrīḥ! This wheel of the gathering of desirable qualities and enjoyments, bless it into an ocean of wisdom nectar. The Three Roots, the oath-bound wealth deities, treasure owners, and especially the great and powerful Tanglha with his retinue, I invite to come to this gathering of wisdom. This inexhaustible great treasure of food and drink, these substances of samaya adorned with the five desirable qualities, this supreme and peerless ocean of offering clouds, I offer to those worthy of offerings. From beginningless lifetimes until now, all faults of transgressing vows and natural laws, especially any offense to deities and protectors, may they be purified by the wheel of the gathering. May this form-aggregate of harmful enemies and obstructors, born from the cause of ignorance and self-grasping Rudra, be destroyed into dust-like particles of body and speech by this sharp and fierce weapon of wisdom. May the consciousness, the letter A, be transferred to the heart of the Victorious Ones. Also, all the powerful hosts of protectors, arise in bodies blazing with majesty and glory, open your mouths as vast as the sky and earth, sharpen your fangs like snow mountains, extend your tongues like red lightning, and devour the flesh, blood, and bones born from the cause of the three poisons, kha ram kha hi! Hosts of obedient messengers who have power over the leftovers, bless these leftovers into wisdom nectar, partake of this excellent and auspicious remainder, and accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogi.
