From the midst of the great powerful fire-wind whirlwind, the supreme deity of power, Hayagriva, roars with the sound of a horse. The color of power, the king of power, the excellent horse, glorious one. The great powerful one, the supreme deity of power, Heruka. The supreme body of power, the splendor of a hundred thousand suns. The fierce, wrathful, terrifying sound roars like a thousand dragons. The powerful, the king of the crown of all arrogance. The power's command-dweller, the slayer who is difficult to tame. The lord of all arrogant beings of existence and peace. Great Powerful One, Vajra Subduer of Foes. Subduing the power of the three realms, overwhelming the three existences with splendor. The king Heruka, who is wrathful upon wrath. Red in color, like the red-black fire of the end of time. Intolerable, fierce, wrathful, with the head of a pig. Three eyes glaring, hateful eyes darting in all directions. Mouth open, teeth bared, tongue swirling like lightning. Wearing a garment of human skin as a base. Two hands holding a red spear and a powerful lasso. Binding enemies and obstructors who break vows, striking their hearts. Red-black flames of heat radiating in all directions. Riding a red lightning bolt, circling the three thousand worlds. If relied upon, as close as the heart; if practiced, nurturing like a child. Bestowing various accomplishments, raining down desires. The lord of the karma of the four activities. The powerful, arrogant king, you alone. Secret consort, joyful assembly, swift workers. Surrounded by a hundred thousand armies of warriors, dense as clouds. Messenger, red human blood-drinker. Good people and red dogs clamoring and bustling. When calling with intense, fervent longing, like lightning flashing in the sky, in an instant, coming to this place, with the essence of the hundred-flavored nectar of samaya substances. Golden libation, turquoise libation, the essence of the finest liquor. Rakta libation with bubbles swirling like necklaces. Possessing waves of nectar of desirable qualities. Rays of nectar radiating in all directions. Auspicious, wish-fulfilling, auspicious offering clouds. This ocean of golden libation, complete with all auspiciousness, for the sake of bestowing all auspicious accomplishments. Auspicious!

Whatever the purpose, whatever the desire, may it be as you wish, Fulfilling all desires, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, May all intentions be spontaneously accomplished. At the repeated request of Thubten Kalsang and Ga Konchok Lodro, the caretakers of the new Gonkhang, this was written by the Fifth Dzogchen Tulku Thubten Chokyi Dorje, also known as Pema Tekchok Tenzin, from the palace of powerful dominion in the Gonkhang.
