In this ritual, offer seven red torma cakes, burn white incense mixed with red and white offerings, raise banners and silk red flags, and scatter chang and golden drinks with eighteen wind horses painted with images of tigers, lions, garudas, dragons, and excellent horses. Kye! By the power of Padma Wangchen Dorje Todtreng, the great one praised as the deity of the Dharma King's body, may the Dharma protector, the king of war gods, Dzambala, accomplish the activity of generating the yogi's wind horse! From the auspicious forests of Malaya, the patterns of the two stages' power blaze perfectly, with the strength of the four activities increasing, may you generate the wind horse that leaps like a tiger! At the summit of Mount Kailash, the vehicle of the nine stages, the silk ribbons of realization of the paths and bhumis flutter in all directions, with the fearless claws and fangs that destroy evil adversaries, I pray that you generate the wind horse that stands tall like a lion! The wings of boundless view are exceedingly vast, the golden eyes that know all phenomena of the universe whirl, constantly soaring in the sky of the Buddhas' intentions, may you generate the wind horse that soars like a garuda in the four activities! Abiding in the gathering of great clouds of subsequent love, with the means to tame whatever needs taming, the lightning flashes in all directions, together with the rain of nectar of benefit and happiness, may you generate the wind horse that roars like a dragon with fame! In the golden corners of the boundless realms of beings, freely transforming the steps of the bodhisattva's conduct, holding the skill and power to be victorious in all directions, may you generate the wind horse that is faster than the supreme horse for the sake of others! Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo's Kagyu Heart Essence, the beautiful form of the teachings towering at the peak of existence, with the auspicious signs of victory over unfavorable battles, may you generate the wind horse that burns with an unfading banner! The foundation of the teachings, the root of the three trainings, is firm, the essence of the teachings, the branches of bodhicitta, are rich, the peak of the teachings, the fruit of Longchenpa's intention, ripens, may you generate the wind horse that upholds all the teachings! Holding the malicious mind that is hostile to the great secret teachings, the enemy of the flesh-eating demons who stretch out the two tongues of jealousy, with the fierce and wrathful host of the sky-soaring eagles.

With sharp force, generate the windhorse that destroys all and manifests its power. May power, Dharma, and politics rise as high as Mount Sumeru. May desired enjoyments be as stable as an inexhaustible treasure. May Dharma and lineage be as long as the flow of the Ganges. May auspiciousness and virtue cause the windhorse to rise higher. In summary: O! May the king of Dharma-protecting war gods and his retinue, For us yogis and our retinue, Raise the windhorse of the vidyadhara's life, Grant the siddhi of the immortal vajra life. Raise the windhorse of merit and wealth, Grant the siddhi of the inexhaustible sky treasury. Raise the windhorse of the radiant body, Grant the siddhi of the ever-youthful, blazing youth. Raise the windhorse of power and strength, Grant the siddhi of enjoying the glory of the four classes. Raise the windhorse of fame and reputation, Grant the siddhi of high career success and status. Raise the windhorse of profit, fame, and strength, Grant the siddhi of subduing the enemy forces. Raise the windhorse of wonderful virtuous accumulations, Grant the siddhi of increasing learning, realization, and qualities. By the auspicious connection of raising the windhorse, May all desired things be accomplished according to the Dharma, may there be auspiciousness! This was prayed for by the yogi Palgyi Dorje at the request of the mantra holder Chokyong Gyaltsen, along with offerings of special divine substances. Victory! Good! Good! Mangalam! The melodious dragon's roar of raising and invoking the windhorse through the door of the Great Yaksha.
