You who wield power as the sun sets, the sole war god of Jambudvipa, enthroned as master of half of heaven and earth, from the self-radiance of discriminating wisdom, manifesting the wrathful form emanated from the heart of the horse-supreme king, Padma Heruka, protecting the doctrine of the victorious Shakyamuni, and holding the balance of good and evil, the great lay devotee Dorje Legpa, with youthfulness of unbearable blood-red hue, in your right hand you hold a golden nine-pronged vajra, in your left you hold the red citta of oath-breakers, a great red silk cloak adorns your body, you ride a conch-shell lion of great strength, your evening retinue is Khara Khyunjung Tsun, and your morning retinue is the fleshless Gangkarma, Kongtsun Demo Kyong is your eternal companion, the four great Ging divisions, the twelve delightful retinues, and the three hundred and sixty brother retinues, also hundreds of thousands of attendants, above, white conch-shell dust swirls, on the four sides of the great being's body, bears, wolves, jackals, and fearsome hosts, flesh-eating, arrogant, powerful, and cruel retinues, filling all of space, the intermediate space, and the expanse of the earth, if we call upon you with faith and intense longing, please come to this place in an instant! This libation mixed with blood-wine and argham, I offer as worship to the supreme being Dorje Legpa. I offer worship to you, protector of the world. I offer worship to you, white Dmu demon. I offer worship to you, holder of good and evil. I offer worship to you, Dharma-protecting guardian. I offer worship to you, powerful local deity. I offer worship to you, great merchant. I offer worship to you, great general. I offer worship to you, common supreme deity. I offer worship to you, swift accomplisher. I offer worship to you, eternal companion. 诸位！无论居住在何处，无论在根本、边地、道路三者中的任何一处。 祈请您，生为金刚乐者的您， 守护救护的事业片刻不懈怠， 赐予吉祥，遣除一切罪恶。 心中所想，仅是忆念， 祈请您无碍如意成办！ 如是，名为“珍宝誓言者雄狮金酒欢喜供云”者，是土阳马年（1918）三月十日，由圆满化身第五世图旦确吉多杰于如丹邬金桑丹曲林大经堂顶端的不死成就欢喜苑所著。愿吉祥！ 名为“誓言者雄狮金酒欢喜供云”之文完。

All of you! Wherever you reside, whether in the root, borderlands, or any of the three paths. I pray to you, born as the Vajra Lekpa, May your work of protection and salvation never cease for a moment, Granting auspiciousness and dispelling all evils. Whatever is thought in the mind, merely by remembering, May you accomplish it without hindrance, just as desired! Thus, this "Offering Cloud of Delightful Golden Libation to the Oath-Bound Lion," was written on the 10th day of the 3rd month of the Earth Male Horse year (1918), by the Fifth Dzogchen Rinpoche Thubten Chokyi Dorje at the Immortal Accomplishment Joyful Garden, the pinnacle of the great palace of Rudam Orgyen Samten Choling.
