I am the great glorious and authentic Heruka, dark blue with three faces, six arms, and four striding legs. The right face is white, the left is red, and the middle face is blue and wrathful. In the right hands, I hold a vajra, khaṭvāṅga, and small drum. In the left hands, I hold a bell, a red skull cup, and a noose of intestines. I am adorned with all the fierce ornaments of the charnel ground. I reside in the midst of blazing flames of the eon. In the sky in front of me, in the midst of swirling fire and wind, is the glorious great goddess, Ngagdakma. She sits half-lotus on a red Tibetan donkey. She is dark blue, an extremely unruly form of a rākṣasī. She is a terrifying rākṣasī with a wrathful demeanor. She holds a khaṭvāṅga, a black banner, and a bag of diseases. Her upper body is adorned with a black silk cloth, the foundation of the field. Her lower body is clad in a tiger skin skirt with sparse and uneven edges. She wears a garland of fresh skull cups and snakes. The crown of her head is adorned with peacock feathers and a crescent moon. In the center of her navel, the sun shines in all directions. She emanates various rains of diseases, weapons, and poisonous winds. Bālam (藏文，梵文天城体：बलाम्，梵文罗马拟音：balām，汉语字面意思：Bālam) with a mule's head, tiger-medicine, and peg-planting mother. Together with their respective retinues of hundreds of thousands of crores. I invite all of you, together with your retinues, to come to this place. Invocation: Hūṃ bhyoḥ! The place is beyond the great ocean, from the Mūle blue lake under the all-gathering tree. Glorious great goddess, Ngagdakma, together with the seven haughty ones and hundreds of thousands of mothers. I invite you with faith and the power of samaya. I invite you to come to this place of practice. Vajra samāja. Request to be seated: Hūṃ bhyoḥ! In this charnel ground, the mandala of great secret play, in the vast expanse where the ocean of blood and fat swirls, all of you, the single mother goddess and your retinue, please be seated in this place to bestow siddhis. Samaya tiṣṭha lhan. Prostration: Hūṃ bhyoḥ! Although you do not move from the sphere of primordial purity, spontaneously accomplishing emptiness like the dance of a reflection in water. In the center of the kalpa blazing like fire, dominating the three realms and the three existences, with an untamed, unbearable, youthful, and fierce form, I praise the mistress of mantras with her retinue. At the heart of the mother goddesses and their retinues, on the sun, etc. Om Vajra Dakki, etc. Om Vajra Pushpa, etc. Hung Bhioh! Dominating the three realms, etc. Offering Feast: Ram Yam Kham. We, through ignorance and carelessness, if we have acted contrary to your wishes, whatever faults and shortcomings there may be, please grant the supreme accomplishment of Brahma. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Entrusting Activity: Hung Bhioh! Glorious great goddess Dudsolma, the great queen of emanations who controls the four seasons, manifesting in various forms to tame whatever is needed, arise in a form blazing with majestic qualities, and accomplish the activity of reducing to ashes the hordes of oath-breakers, evil spirits, and demons who hold wrong views. This was written at the urging of Khen Konchok Ozer's reincarnation, Khen Trul Thubten Phagpa, and Trashi Drakpa of Phur Tsa, along with the divine substance of moonlight, again and again, at the summit of the great palace of Rudam Orgyen Samten Choling, in the Joyful Grove of Immortal Accomplishment, on the fifteenth day of the sixth month of the Fire Snake year (1977), by the fifth perfect emanation, Thubten.
