黑马头金饮血喜供云。 黑马头金饮血喜供云。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）！无生清净法界自性中， 无碍大悲之自光芒中， 法性寂静之性中未动摇， 为调伏恶毒故事业猛厉身。 摄三界权势镇三有威严， 邪魔怨敌众生之大刽子手。 深蓝三角燃烧之坛城中， 劫末火堆熊熊燃烧之境。 战神曜龙怨敌交错之上， 各种莲花日月之座垫上。 大权忿怒之王马首胜， 深蓝威猛极其忿怒之身。 右持宝剑断骄慢之命脉， 左以铁钩从心中勾出不祥。 天铁宝剑令虚空如黑暗般封闭， 铁剑迸裂之缝隙中忿怒尊之， 化身放射令邪引者化为微尘。 顶髻马头青绿嘶鸣马声， 舞之九态种种嬉戏之身。 黑绸披风与尸陀林装束严饰， 双足右伸左屈抛掷之姿态。 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）！之声令一切邪见摧毁。 毛孔缝隙中火焰霍霍放射。 骄慢之总管黑马头之身， 以大勇力绕须弥山顶。 以威猛之声令三千世界震动轰鸣， 以大迅速力如虚空闪电。 大威德您之化身使者乃， 充满四大洲世界一切处。 谷物精华千配方汉茶香气浓郁此， 加持为不死智慧甘露。 稀有奇妙具百味之精华， 加持为智慧甘露之大海。 以献于至尊您之加持力， 虽忿怒王尊无分别念， 然忆念往昔之发心誓愿， 随所化众生各自之所宜， 以息增怀诛事业之四种， 如贤瓶如意树及随心一般， 如欲求之义一切皆， 当下即刻赐予我， 此生战胜障碍怨敌。

From the unborn, utterly pure nature of the Dharmadhatu, From the unobstructed, great compassion's own radiance, Though unmoved from the nature of the peaceful Dharma, For the sake of subduing the wicked, the body of wrathful activity. Controlling the three realms, overpowering the three existences with splendor, The great executioner of all sorcerers, enemies, and obstructors. In the dark blue, triangular, blazing mandala, In the midst of the aeonic fire blazing intensely. Upon the intertwined war gods, planets, nagas, enemies, and obstructors, Upon the seat of various lotuses, sun, and moon, The powerful, wrathful king, glorious Hayagriva, The dark blue, terrifying, extremely wrathful body. The right hand cuts the life force of pride with a sword, The left hand hooks out the undesirable heart with an iron hook. The iron razor darkens the empty space like darkness, From the gaps of the shattered iron razor, the small wrathful ones, Emanations radiate, reducing the misguided to dust. On the crown, a green horse head neighs like a horse, The body plays in nine kinds of dance gestures. Adorned with black silk and charnel ground attire, The two feet are in a posture of extending the right and contracting the left. The sound of Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum)! Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phat)! destroys all wrong views. From the gaps of the hairs, sparks of fire flicker. The body of the Black Hayagriva, the master of pride, With great bravery, circles the summit of Mount Meru. With a terrifying sound, the three thousand worlds tremble and roar, With great speed, it is like lightning in the sky. Your great glorious emanation messengers Fill all the four continents and worlds. This essence of grains, a thousand mixtures, and fragrant Chinese tea, Bless it as the nectar of immortal wisdom. The marvelous, wonderful essence with a hundred tastes, Bless it as an ocean of wisdom nectar. By the blessing of offering it to the supreme deity, Although the wrathful king has no conceptual thought, Remembering the previous aspiration and prayer, According to what is appropriate for each individual to be tamed, With the four kinds of activities of pacifying, increasing, empowering, and wrathful, Like a good vase, a wish-fulfilling tree, and a wish-granting gem, All the things that are desired, Grant them to me right now, And in this life, be victorious over obstacles and enemies.

尤其是龙、念、地主恶毒的， 疾病、邪魔、障碍的损害全部， 于无生法界虚空之中， 虽无希冀和疑虑之相， 然而愿从分别念云团自净中， 以无漏之乐永远满足。 恒常以对您的祈请和供养力， 菩提道上不生障碍， 愿迅速安住于佛陀之位。 此乃以利益教法的清净增上意乐，由第五世圆满化身土登曲吉多杰于护法殿旺扎热瓦（名称）中，于土马年（1918）的月日所书，愿吉祥！

Constantly, through the power of praying and offering to you, May there be no obstacles on the path to enlightenment, May you quickly be established on the stage of Buddhahood. This was written with pure and excellent intention to benefit the teachings by the Fifth Complete Incarnation, Thubten Chokyi Dorje, from the Gonkhang Wang Drak Rolwa (name), in the month of the Earth Male Horse year (1918). May it be auspicious!
