བཀའ་ཡི་སྲུང་མ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་བཅུ་གཉིས་བསང་མཆོད་བཞུགས། བཀའ་ཡི་སྲུང་མ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་བཅུ་གཉིས་བསང་མཆོད་བཞུགས། ཧཱུྃ། སྟོན་པ་བདེ་གཤེགས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་མ་ཡིས། །ཉིད་ལས་མི་གཞན་འཁོར་ཚོགས་མཐའ་དག་ལ། །གསོ་རིག་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་བཤད་པའི་ཚེ། །སྤྱན་སྔར་ཁས་བླངས་ཞལ་བཞེས་གཡར་དམ་ཅན། །བཀའ་ཡི་སྲུང་མ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་བཅུ་གཉིས་ནི། །རང་རང་བྲན་སྡེ་མ་ལུས་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས། །དད་དང་དམ་ཚིག་དབང་གིས་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་ན། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་གྱིས་གནས་འདིར་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །གུས་པས་འདུད་དོ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད་པར་བགྱི། །ལྷ་ཤིང་ཤུག་པ་དུང་ཤིང་མཁན་དཀར་དང་། །མཆོང་ཤིང་བ་ལུ་ལ་སོགས་ཤིང་སྣའི་ཚོགས། །བསྲེགས་པའི་དུད་སྤྲིན་ནམ་མཁའ་གང་བ་དང་། །ཀ་ར་བུ་རམ་སྦྲང་རྩི་ལ་སོགས་པ། །རྒྱ་ཇ་ངད་ལྡན་མྱོས་བྱེད་ཛ་གད་ཆང་། །ཕྱེ་མར་འོ་སྐོལ་འབྲུ་སྨན་ཟན་སྣའི་རིགས། །ཟ་འོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྟག་གཟིག་རས་མོ་སོགས། །དགྱེས་པའི་མཐུན་རྫས་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ། །དངོས་འབྱོར་ཡིད་སྤྲུལ་མཆོད་པའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །སྨན་སྲུང་རྡོ་རྗེ་བདུད་འདུལ་ཆེན་པོ་བསང་། །འཁོར་གྱི་གནོད་སྦྱིན་ཆེན་པོ་འབུམ་སྡེ་བསང་། །ནོར་སྐྱོང་བྱེ་བ་འབུམ་གྱི་ཚོགས་བཅས་བསང་། །ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་ལ་ཉམས་ཆགས་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་བཤགས། །འགྲོ་བ་ནད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་སྐྱོབ་ཅིང་། །འདོད་དགུའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་ཆར་ལྟར་ཕོབ། །ཁམས་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་འགྲོ་མ་ལུས་དབང་དུ་བསྡུས། །ཁྱད་པར་ཟབ་གསང་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོ་ཡི། །བཤད་སྒྲུབ་བསྟན་པ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། །དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་ཡིད་བཞིན་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །རྫོགས་སྤྲུལ་ལྔ་པས་སོ། ། བཀའ་ཡི་སྲུང་མ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་བཅུ་གཉིས་བསང་མཆོད་བཞུགས།

息增怀诛十二药叉护法除秽供养仪轨。 息增怀诛十二药叉护法除秽供养仪轨。 吽！导师善逝药师佛，于自身及其他一切眷属众，宣说医方明续部教法之时，于佛前承诺誓言具誓者，十二药叉护法众，各自部属无余眷属众，以信心和誓言力而迎请，祈请刹那间降临此处，恭敬顶礼，我等礼拜赞颂，神树柏树、海螺树白旃檀，以及乔木、巴鲁等各种树木，焚烧的烟云充满天空，以及冰糖、红糖、蜂蜜等，汉茶香气浓郁、令人陶醉的查嘎酒，糌粑、牛奶、谷物、药物、食子等种类，各种丝绸、虎皮豹皮布匹等，无以计数令人喜悦的供品，实际陈设、意幻化现的供养之物，以所有这些，进行药护金刚降魔大除秽，眷属之大药叉百万眷属除秽，护持财富的十万俱胝众一同除秽，圆满誓言，忏悔违犯过失，救护众生脱离疾病痛苦，一切所愿成就如雨降，三界众生无余皆摄受，特别是甚深秘密金刚藏，讲修教法于十方兴盛，祈请赐予一切成就如意宝。圆满化身第五世所著。 息增怀诛十二药叉护法除秽供养仪轨。

The Teacher, the Sugata, the Medicine Guru, when expounding the teachings of the medical tantras to himself and all other assemblies, those who made vows and promises before him, the twelve Yaksha protectors of the teachings, together with their respective retinues, without exception, are invited here by the power of faith and samaya. Please come to this place in an instant! I respectfully bow, prostrate, and praise you! Juniper, conch shell trees, white sandalwood, and various kinds of trees such as birch and balu, the clouds of smoke from their burning fill the sky, and sugar cane, molasses, honey, and so on, fragrant Chinese tea, intoxicating jaga wine, tsampa, milk, grains, medicines, and various kinds of torma, various silks, tiger and leopard skins, and so on, countless pleasing substances, actual offerings and mind-created offerings, with all these, I offer the great incense offering of the Medicine Protector, Vajra Subduer of Demons. I offer the incense offering to the hundred thousand retinues of the great Yaksha of the retinue. I offer the incense offering to the hundred million protectors of wealth. I fulfill my vows and confess any transgressions or errors. Protect beings from the suffering of disease, and bestow all desired siddhis like rain. Subdue all beings of the three realms without exception. In particular, may the profound and secret Vajra Essence, the teachings of explanation and practice, flourish in the ten directions, and may all siddhis be granted like a wish-fulfilling jewel.
