སྨན་སྲུང་ལྷ་སྨན་བསང་མཆོད། སྨན་སྲུང་ལྷ་སྨན་བསང་མཆོད། ཧཱུྃ། སྔོན་ཚེ་བདེ་གཤེགས་སྨན་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡིས། །གསོ་རིག་སྨན་གྱི་སྲུང་མར་ཞལ་བཞེས་པའི། །དབུས་ནས་དུང་གི་ཁྱེའུ་ཆུང་དཀར་པོ་དང་། །ཤར་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་མོ་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར། །ལྷོ་ནས་སྨྲ་བྱེད་ལྷ་མོ་གསེར་གྱི་མདོག །ནུབ་ནས་མཐོང་བྱེད་ལྷ་མོ་པད་རཱག་མདོག །བྱང་ནས་སྨན་གྱི་དྲང་སྲོང་བཻཌཱུར་མདོག །མ་ཐོགས་མྱུར་དུ་གནས་འདིར་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ། །དགྱེས་པའི་མཐུན་རྫས་སྨན་བཤོས་རྩེ་རྒྱས་དང་། །མདའ་དར་བཟང་པོ་འབྲུ་སྣ་རྣམ་པ་ལྔ། །རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་བདུན་རྣམ་བཀྲའི་མེ་ཏོག་ཚལ། །དངུལ་དཀར་མེ་ལོང་བྷ་ལིང་སྙན་པའི་སྒྲ། །གཡུ་ཤུག་སྤོས་དཀར་བསྲེགས་པའི་དུད་པའི་སྤྲིན། །ལྷ་ལམ་ཡོངས་ཁྱབ་བསང་གི་མཆོད་པ་འདིས། །དུང་གི་ཁྱེའུ་དཀར་པོ་བསང་ཞིང་མཆོད། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་མོ་དཀར་མོ་བསང་ཞིང་མཆོད། །སྨྲ་བྱེད་ལྷ་མོ་སེར་མོ་བསང་ཞིང་མཆོད། །མཐོང་བྱེད་ལྷ་མོ་དམར་མོ་བསང་ཞིང་མཆོད། །སྨན་གྱི་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་མོ་བསང་ཞིང་མཆོད། །དབང་པོའི་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚིམ་ནས་ཀྱང་། །གསོ་རིག་སྨན་གྱི་བསྟན་པ་སྲུང་བ་དང་། །འགྲོ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །འགལ་རྐྱེན་ཞི་ཞིང་མཐུན་རྐྱེན་ལེགས་ཚོགས་སྒྲུབ། །གསང་སྔགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་བསྟན་པ་འདི། །ཡངས་བའི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པར་མཛོད། །ཕྱྭ་གཡང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ཡང་རྫོགས་སྤྲུལ་ལྔ་པས་སོ། ། སྨན་སྲུང་ལྷ་སྨན་བསང་མཆོད།

药护神及药神之桑供。 药护神及药神之桑供。 吽 (藏文: ཧཱུྃ།, 梵文天城体: हूँ, 梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ, 汉语字面意思: 吽)！往昔善逝药王，曾承诺守护医学之药，中央有白海螺童子，东方有智慧天女身色白，南方有语自在天女金色身，西方有见行天女红莲色，北方有药仙人琉璃色，请立即降临此处！以悦意之供品，药物食子顶端圆满，箭幡美好五谷等，七宝庄严鲜花苑，银镜巴铃悦耳声，杜鹃松柏白香焚烧之烟云，以此遍布天道的桑供，供养海螺童子，供养智慧天女，供养语自在天女，供养见行天女，供养大药仙人，愿诸根之所用皆得满足，守护医学之教法，平息众生一切疾病。我等师徒眷属等，息灭违缘，成办顺缘善妙之聚。愿此密咒金刚乘之教法，于广大之国土一切处兴盛。祈请赐予福运、吉祥、成就一切！此乃圆满化身第五世所作。 药护神及药神之桑供。

With pleasing offerings, medicine torma complete at the top, Auspicious arrow banners, five kinds of grains, Seven kinds of precious jewels, a garden of beautifully arranged flowers, White silver mirror, the pleasant sound of the bhālinga, Clouds of smoke from burning juniper and white incense. With this incense offering pervading the path of the gods, I offer to the white conch shell boy, I offer to the white wisdom goddess, I offer to the yellow eloquent goddess, I offer to the red seeing goddess, I offer to the great medicine sage, May all the objects of the senses be satisfied, Protect the teachings of medicine and healing arts, And pacify all the diseases of beings without exception. May we, the teachers, disciples, and retinue, Pacify obstacles and accomplish favorable conditions and gatherings of goodness. May this teaching of the secret mantra Vajrayana, Flourish everywhere in the vast realm. Please grant all fortune, auspiciousness, and accomplishments!
