ཚོགས་བདག་བསང་མཆོད་བཞུགས།（祈请供养主） ཚོགས་བདག་བསང་མཆོད་བཞུགས།（祈请供养主） ཧཱུྃ། （吽，hūṃ，种子字）从如火燃烧的劫末之轮中， 大威忿怒尊胜乐金刚， 从其意化现之智慧怙主， 十地自在怙主，众会之主。 深蓝黑色，不驯顺，极其忿怒之相， 以黑色丝绸披风作为身之庄严。 右持旃檀大棒，挥舞着天兵神将， 左手持盛满红血的颅碗。 头顶以干颅装饰，头发竖立。 珍宝丝带悬挂，以蛇为腰带束缚。 足蹬蓝色萨克提长筒靴。 结合之大母，夜叉贝塔丽， 身色黑色，持钺刀和颅血。 祈请眷属一同降临于此地。 于尸陀林嬉戏之广大宫殿中， 安住于莲花日垫和敌魔交错之座上。 以外内秘密无上供养， 特别是以智慧烟供而作供养， 愿烟雾之云遍布天道， 不可思议之奇妙供云。 供养主怙主父母，作烟供。 供养身语意之怙主，作烟供。 供养上下十方之怙主，作烟供。 供养护方诸护法众，作烟供。 供养化身及再化身眷属，作烟供。 如是作烟供之加持力， 愿佛陀教法总的及个别的， 珍贵教法弘扬于十方， 愿僧众如夏日之湖般增长， 愿具足清净三学之传承， 愿我与所守护之人、财物及眷属等， 始终具足基础、边地和道途三者。 四事业之事业无有懈怠，萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ས་མ་ཡ，समय，samaya，誓言）。 圆满化身第五世土登确吉多杰所著，善哉！ ཚོགས་བདག་བསང་མཆོད་བཞུགས།（祈请供养主）

Dark blue-black, untamed, in an extremely wrathful form, Dressed in a black silk cloak as an adornment for the body, The right hand wields a sandalwood club, deploying the divine army, The left hand holds a skull cup filled with red blood. The head is adorned with dry skulls, the hair stands on end, Precious silk banners hang, a snake is tied as a belt, Wearing blue Sakti long boots. The great consort, Yaksha Vetali, Her body is black, holding a curved knife and skull blood. Please come to this place with your retinue. In this great palace where the charnel ground is enjoyed, Sit on the seat where lotus, sun, enemies, and obstacles are intertwined. With outer, inner, secret, and unsurpassed offerings, Especially with the wisdom smoke offering, May the cloud of smoke pervade the divine path, Inconceivable clouds of wondrous offerings. We offer smoke and worship the glorious protector, the lord of assemblies, father and mother. We offer smoke and worship the protector of body, speech, and mind. We offer smoke and worship the protector of the upper, lower, and ten directions. We offer smoke and worship the hosts of protectors of the directions. We offer smoke and worship the emanations and re-emanations with their retinues. By the blessings of offering this smoke offering, May the Buddha's teachings, both general and specific, The precious teachings flourish in the ten directions, May the assembled sangha grow like a summer lake, May we be rich in the lineage of the three pure trainings, May I and those to be protected, people, wealth, and retinue, Always have the basis, borderland, and path.
