消除罪障简法。 消除罪障简法。 从自己心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字放出光芒，迎请三金刚的本尊众。从他们的三处生出白色、红色、蓝色三种百字明咒。融入自己和忿怒莲师马头明王等护法誓盟众海的三处，观想自己的一切誓言违犯以及护法誓盟众海的身体、语言、意念所受的染污全部得以清净。念诵百字明等。大圆满第四世不变虚空金刚所说。 消除罪障简法。

From the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at one's own heart, light radiates forth, inviting the assembly of deities of the Three Vajras. From the three places of those deities, the three colors of the Hundred Syllable Mantra, white, red, and blue, arise. They dissolve into the three places of oneself and the ocean of oath-bound protectors, such as the powerful Hayagriva. Contemplate that all violations of one's own vows and all defilements affecting the body, speech, and mind of the ocean of oath-bound protectors are purified.
