谛实祈愿文。 谛实祈愿文。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛 悉地。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི་སིདྡྷི།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वस्ति सिद्धि，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti siddhi，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥，成就）。无上导师三宝尊， 观世音等圣众眷。 总集诸皈处莲花颅鬘力， 根本传承上师本尊护法等。 天神及仙人，一切谛实成就者， 祈请成办我等之愿望。 白方地神及龙族等一切， 祈降加持成就事业如雨降。 疾病瘟疫霜雹冰雹等灾害， 牲畜之疾病及斗争争端类， 他方边地之军队等侵扰， 一切损害之事永不生。 不祥魔鬼厉鬼恶鬼之威力， 祈以三宝谛实力降伏之。 地水火风之变动恶兆等， 一切不吉祥之事祈息灭。 及时降雨农牧恒时皆安乐， 寿命财富增盛安乐且幸福。 教法与正法兴盛且广大， 一切众生速得遍知之果位。 具实义持教善者造。 谛实祈愿文。

A Prayer of Truthful Words. A Prayer of Truthful Words. Om Swasti Siddhi. Supreme Teacher, Three Jewels, Assembly of Noble Avalokiteshvara and others. Padma Thotreng Tsal, the embodiment of all refuges, Root and lineage lamas, yidams, and dharma protectors. Gods and sages, all who have attained truth, Please grant the fulfillment of my prayers. White-sided deities, local spirits, nagas, and all, Bestow blessings, siddhis, and a rain of activities. May diseases, plagues, hail, frost, and so on, Diseases of livestock, conflicts, and disputes, Enemy armies from distant lands, And all forms of harm, never arise. May the power and strength of malevolent demons, evil spirits, and oath-breakers, Be subdued by the power of the truth of the Three Jewels. May disturbances of the elements, bad omens, and so on, And all inauspicious things be pacified. May rain fall in due season, and may crops and livestock always thrive, May life be long, wealth increase, and may there be peace and happiness.
