《自续劝善解脱白道》 《自续劝善解脱白道》 那摩咕噜耶！ 顶礼至尊上师！ 喂！ 看啊，想要口头禅法的瑜伽士们！ 总的来说，此生如同梦幻泡影。 那怎么样呢？看看昨天的梦境吧！ 昨天梦见的东西，今天连一个也没有。 从此生到死亡之时也是如此。 这个色身如同水泡一般。 那怎么样呢？看看水泡自身吧！ 稍微有一点因缘就会破灭消失。 身体如同没有心髓一般。 美妙的声音如同猎人诱捕的欺骗之语。 那怎么样呢？看看猎人的话语吧！ 即使一时悦耳，也是为了杀戮的手段。 如果执着于欺骗之语，就会断送解脱之命。 美好的气味如同蜜蜂的宫殿。 那怎么样呢？看看不净的房间吧！ 以为心是真实的，轮回中没有功德。 美味佳肴如同铁钩上的饵食。 那怎么样呢？看看想要吃东西的鱼吧！ 一时吃一口食物，最终却断送性命。 如果把希望寄托于寻找食物，那就是轮回的因。 柔软的触感如同罗刹女的触摸。 那怎么样呢？看看前往铜洲的商人吧！ 一时感到快乐，最终却身首异处。 最终会堕入没有尽头的轮回大海。 所有的念头都如同劫末之火。 那怎么样呢？看看燃烧的火焰吧！ 一时增长烦恼，焚烧自己和他人。 所有的意念都无法从触感中获得快乐。 想要积攒财富如同乾闼婆的城市。 那怎么样呢？看看迷惑的境地吧！ 一时看似存在，却没有结果。 如果喜欢忙碌的事务，就会长久痛苦。 所有的亲朋好友都如同集市上的客人。 那怎么样呢？看看旅馆里的人吧！ 一时在一起，很快就会分离。 因为自私的贪恋而流浪于轮回之中。 为了八法而实现自己的愿望。 如同无知的小孩偷盗欺骗货物一般。 一时看似真实，最终却毁坏今生来世。 自己堕入恶趣深渊，实在令人恐惧。 有大丈夫气概的人才能解脱自己。 聪明的人才能获得究竟的安乐。 有智慧的人才能精进于佛法。 总之，人生没有确定何时结束的时间。 名为死亡的巨大恐惧不知何时降临。 看看轮回中是否有安乐存在？ 就在现在，成就究竟安乐的解脱吧！

The White Path to Liberation, a Self-Generated Encouragement to Virtue The White Path to Liberation, a Self-Generated Encouragement to Virtue Namo Guruye! I prostrate to the supreme Lama! Hey! Look, you yogis who desire verbal Dharma! In general, this life is like a dream illusion. How is that? Look at yesterday's dream! Not even one thing from yesterday's dream remains today. It's the same from this life to the time of death. This physical body is like a water bubble. How is that? Look at the water bubble itself! If even a slight condition occurs, it will break and disappear. The body is like something without essence. Pleasant sounds are like the deceptive words of a hunter luring prey. How is that? Look at the hunter's words! Even if they are pleasant for a moment, they are a means of killing. If you cling to deceptive words, you will cut off the life of liberation. Pleasant smells are like the palace of bees. How is that? Look at the unclean room! Thinking the mind is real, there is no merit in samsara. Delicious tastes are like bait on a fishhook. How is that? Look at the fish that wants to eat! Eating one mouthful of food for a moment, it ultimately cuts off its life. If you rely on seeking food, that is the cause of samsara. Soft touches are like the touch of a rakshasi. How is that? Look at the merchant who goes to Copper Island! Experiencing pleasure for a moment, body and life are separated. Ultimately, you fall into the endless ocean of samsara. All thoughts are like the fire at the end of an eon. How is that? Look at the blazing fire! For a moment, it increases afflictions, burning oneself and others. All thoughts cannot find happiness in touch. Wanting to accumulate wealth is like the city of gandharvas. How is that? Look at the realm of delusion! It only seems to exist for a moment, but there is no result. If you enjoy busy activities, you will suffer for a long time. All relatives and friends are like guests at a market. How is that? Look at the people in a hotel! They are together for a moment, but quickly separate. Wandering in samsara due to selfish attachment. Achieving one's own desires through the eight worldly dharmas Is like a foolish child stealing and deceiving with goods. Seeming real for a moment, it ultimately destroys both this life and the next. Falling into the depths of the lower realms is truly terrifying. Those with manly courage can liberate themselves. Intelligent people can achieve ultimate happiness. Wise people can dedicate themselves to the Dharma. In short, there is no fixed time for when life will end. The great fear called death will come at any time. Look, is there happiness in samsara? Right now, achieve the liberation of ultimate happiness!
