名为《口诀禅定庄严》之著。 名为《口诀禅定庄严》之著。 那摩咕噜（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Guru，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु上师）。 顶礼与至尊上师无别的， 吉祥莲花生之足。 喂，听着，有信施主们！ 业是造作的，无常变化的， 那时死主阎罗会降临， 自己刹那间前往他世。 那时，此生如梦幻， 所作业是否有实义，看看吧！ 究竟安乐，精进于殊胜之法！ 一切有漏之业皆是痛苦， 这就是所谓的轮回迷乱。 即使自认为是，也只是错觉， 迷乱痛苦之泥潭，无有解脱之时。 所积之业用于佛法， 究竟安乐，精进于殊胜之法！ 一切法自性皆是空性， 这就是所谓的本来清净之心。 心于离造作之自性中， 具有无执着的法身。 这不是所谓的住与动， 智慧觉性之法性离戏论。 心意识未染污的本初状态， 意念分别未生起的自明。 这不是暂时的，而是本空之状态， 于意义中安住，如实证悟。 是佛法见修行之究竟， 究竟安乐，精进于殊胜之法！ 意义是涅槃寂静之最胜， 业之迷乱即是成佛。 心与心所之迷乱皆已止息， 业与烦恼之迷乱自然清净， 意义是显有世间法界清净之妙用， 要点是三身果位自性圆满。 佛法涅槃之果任运成就， 这不在远处，而是此自性， 是本来如实证悟之果， 究竟安乐，精进于殊胜之法！ 佛法是四法印之语， 佛法以易懂之方式偈颂， 要点是实修之窍诀， 愿具信者能理解， 究竟安乐，精进于殊胜之法！ 唉玛吙，再一个倾听吧！ 风中之灯能停留吗？ 蜂蜜的主人自己吃吗？ 草尖上的露珠能长久吗？ 地牢之中有安乐吗？ 黑暗的浓厚能使眼睛明亮吗？ 商场上的客人能永久相伴吗？ 沙中的孔穴不会崩塌吗？ 此生自私的追求不会欺骗你吗？ 对轮回的执着不会束缚你吗？

Listen, faithful patrons! Actions are compounded, impermanent, and changing. At that time, the Lord of Death, Yama, will come. You will instantly go to the next world. At that time, this life is like a dream. See if your actions have any essence! Strive for the ultimate and lasting happiness in the sacred Dharma! All contaminated actions are suffering. This is what is called the delusion of samsara. Even if you think you are, it's just a mistake. There is no time to escape from the mud of deluded suffering. Dedicate accumulated actions to the Dharma, Strive for the ultimate and lasting happiness in the sacred Dharma! All dharmas are empty in their own nature. This is what is called the primordially pure mind. In the self-nature free from fabrication, There is the Dharmakaya, free from grasping. This is not called dwelling or moving. The Dharmata of wisdom and awareness is free from elaboration. The primordial state of mind, intellect, and consciousness is uncontaminated. The self-illuminating nature of mind and consciousness is unborn. This is not temporary, but the state of primordial emptiness. By resting in the meaning, realize it as it is. It is the ultimate of all views, meditation, and conduct of the Dharma. Strive for the ultimate and lasting happiness in the sacred Dharma! The meaning is Nirvana, the supreme peace. The delusion of action is called enlightenment. When all the delusions of mind and mental factors are exhausted, The delusions of karma and afflictions are naturally purified. The meaning is the pure display of phenomena, existence, and the Dharmadhatu. The key point is the spontaneous perfection of the three Kayas and their fruition. The fruit of Dharma Nirvana is spontaneously accomplished. This is not far away, but this is the nature. It is the fruit of realizing it as it is from the beginning. Strive for the ultimate and lasting happiness in the sacred Dharma! The Dharma is the word of the four seals. The Dharma is composed into verses in an easy-to-understand way. The key point is the pith instructions for practice. May those with faith understand it! Strive for the ultimate and lasting happiness in the sacred Dharma! Emaho, listen once more! Can a butter lamp in the wind stay? Does the owner of honey eat it himself? Does the dew on the grass last long? Is there happiness in a prison pit? Does the thickness of darkness make the eyes clear? Does a guest at a market stay forever? Will a hole in the sand not collapse? Will selfish pursuits in this life not deceive you? Will attachment to samsara not bind you?

或者，好好地思考之后， 当下无散乱，成就恒常安乐。 现在将身心奉献于神圣的佛法。 唉玛吙，也请看看这里， 显有世间一切都是心的力量。 心性的自性是智慧的真实。 这自明是无垢的菩提心。 有边是本体，远离微尘。 无边是空明，与虚空同等。 有无的分别念，本体是空性。 自性上没有能取所取的遮蔽。 不是暂时产生，而是本来存在。 这就是自宗的觉性。 认识自面目是见解之最。 安住于自性是修行的要点。 无散乱地行持是行为的方式。 在那之上获得稳固是果。 虔诚者，请自己享用体验吧！ 奉献的自果是恒常安乐。 愿以此善根证悟法界之义！ 这是在邬金旺普（乌仗那自在宫）， 为具信施主兄弟， 作为劝勉，大圆满瑜伽士， 以莲花之名说了一座。 愿吉祥与善妙增长！ 芒嘎朗（吉祥）！ 名为《口诀禅修鬘》的教言集。
