By invoking blessings, may we yogis and our retinues raise the life and fortune windhorse banner to the peak of power. May the banner of fame flutter across the three great lands. May the thunder of renown resound throughout the sky. By the power of unobstructed accomplishment of all that is desired, may might, strength, and ability increase like fire fueled by wind. May the unchanging wind power, victorious over all external adversaries, perfectly accomplish all auspiciousness. May all the goodness of Dharma and governance be spontaneously accomplished according to our wishes. This is not self-made, but according to the intention of Lag, on the eleventh day of the month in the Iron Rabbit year of the Rabjung cycle (1951), on an auspicious day when the star Mezhi (Pleiades) is in conjunction, it arose from the wisdom power of Manjushri Vajra, sharp, excellent, and of great benefit.
