At the end of the five hundred era, when secret mantras are recited as Bon, when fathers' words are not heeded by sons, when evil times are near and strife arises, when ragged and tattered clothes are worn, when heavy and coarse foods are eaten, when tribal conflicts and internal strife occur, the black Mamo becomes wrathful, filling the empty realms with various women, sending various diseases to humans and livestock, dark blue and red disease clouds gather in the sky, she is the one who stirs up the disturbances of the times, she is the one who terrifies with the eon of weapons, suddenly she sends epidemics to people, she is the great heart who sends hailstorms and frost, the earth lords, nagas, and nyen are your servants, the eight classes of gods and demons are your retinue, there is nothing you cannot subdue, diseases are your diseases, Mamo, plagues are your plagues, Mamo, blood is your blood, Mamo, you turn the helm of general demonic diseases, we fulfill your samaya, we fulfill the samaya of the disturbed Mamo with samaya substances, nectar tormas, support substances, accomplishment substances, and fulfillment substances, by the blessings of fulfilling the samaya, may the diseases of us yogis and our retinues be cut off and the plagues be turned away, may the inauspiciousness be wiped away and the dice be moved, we beseech you to transform diseases, demons, and obstacles, we beseech you to transform bad omens and harsh signs, turn the male demon's helm to the right, turn the female demon's helm to the left, turn the general demon's helm to the sky, the time for great reversal has come, the time has come, Samaya, accomplish the entrusted activities, from beginningless time, being under the power of ignorance, under the power of unknowing obscurations and laziness, we ask the assembly of incarnate dakinis to forgive all that is contrary to the path of omniscience.
