临终之际，于断除惊恐畏惧之光明道上，祈请寂怒本尊众指引道路，祈请法界自在空行母众从后护佑，从中有怖畏之险隘中救度，送往圆满正等觉佛陀之地。 嗟玛！ 虚空界不成为敌人而兴起，愿能得见蓝色佛之净土。 水之界不成为敌人而兴起，愿能得见白色佛之净土。 地之界不成为敌人而兴起，愿能得见黄色佛之净土。 火之界不成为敌人而兴起，愿能得见红色佛之净土。 风之界不成为敌人而兴起，愿能得见绿色佛之净土。 虹彩界不成为敌人而兴起，愿能得见杂色佛之净土。 声光芒三者不成为敌人而兴起，愿能得见寂怒浩瀚之净土。 愿能了知一切声音为自声，愿能了知一切光明为自光，愿能了知一切光芒为自光芒，愿能了知中有为自中有，愿三身净土现前。 此为中有险隘度脱之祈愿文，邬金之堪布莲花生所造，轮回未空之前永不穷尽。 芒嘎朗！ 中有险隘度脱之祈愿文。

At the time of death, on the path of light free from fear and terror, May the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities lead the way, May the assembly of Dakinis, rich in the expanse, support from behind, May we be delivered from the terrifying straits of the Bardo, May we be led to the land of the perfectly complete Buddha. Kyema! May the elements of space not rise as enemies, May we see the pure land of the blue Buddha. May the elements of water not rise as enemies, May we see the pure land of the white Buddha. May the elements of earth not rise as enemies, May we see the pure land of the yellow Buddha. May the elements of fire not rise as enemies, May we see the pure land of the red Buddha. May the elements of wind not rise as enemies, May we see the pure land of the green Buddha. May the rainbow elements not rise as enemies, May we see the pure land of the multi-colored Buddha. May the three, sound, light, and rays, not rise as enemies, May we see the vast pure land of the peaceful and wrathful deities. May we know all sounds as our own sound, May we know all lights as our own light, May we know all rays as our own rays, May we know the Bardo as our own Bardo, May the pure lands of the three Kayas become manifest. This is the Prayer for Crossing the Straits of the Bardo, composed by the Abbot of Oddiyana, Padmasambhava. May it not be exhausted until Samsara is empty. Mangalam!
