六中阴之根本偈 六中阴之根本偈 六中阴之根本偈 在此敬录。 唉玛，我于生处中阴显现之时， 莫虚度人生，断除懈怠之后， 不离听思修，趋入于道。 令现觉为道，现证三身。 难得一次人身之此时， 莫散乱，乃安住于道之时刻。 唉玛，我于梦中中阴显现时， 断除愚昧昏睡与放逸之后， 住于不离忆念之本性之中。 执取梦境，修持幻化光明。 莫如畜生般睡眠。 要重睡眠与显现相融之修持。 唉玛，我于禅定中阴 断除散乱迷乱之诸众之后， 安住于无散乱、无执着、离边之状态。 于生圆二次第获得稳固。 断除诸事，于此一心修持之时， 莫为烦恼迷乱所转。 唉玛，我于临终中阴 断除对一切之贪执与耽著之后， 莫离明晰之教言状态而安住。 自明无生，迁于虚空界。 有为血肉之躯将离之际， 须知无常如幻。 唉玛，我于法性中阴 断除对一切之惊恐畏惧之后， 于任何显现，皆认知自显而安住。 须知此乃中阴之显现。 值此重大关头之际， 莫惧自显忿怒之诸众。 唉玛，我于有中中阴 一心专注忆念之后， 以殷重之心接续善业。 遮止胎门，忆念逆转。 此乃需清净显现之时刻， 断除嫉妒，观想上师父母。 莫作将死之想，需具长远之见。 若徒劳无益，仍营办今生之事， 则今番空手而返，实乃大错特错。 了知所需，乃是殊胜之佛法。 为何现在还不修持佛法？ 大成就者们如是宣说： 若不将上师之教言铭记于心， 岂不会自欺欺人吗？ 如是说。 此中阴闻解脱之根本偈，直至轮回未空之际亦不穷尽。吉祥！ 增吉祥！ 六中阴之根本偈

Root Verses of the Six Bardos Root Verses of the Six Bardos Here are the Root Verses of the Six Bardos. Alas, when the Bardo of the Birthplace dawns upon me, Having abandoned laziness and without wasting my life, I will engage in the path without distraction from hearing, contemplation, and meditation. Transforming appearances and mind into the path, may I realize the three kayas. Having obtained a human body once, at this time, Do not be distracted, this is the time to stay on the path. Alas, when the Bardo of Dreams dawns upon me, Having abandoned the stupor of sleeping like a corpse and carelessness, I will engage in the state of presence and awareness without distraction. Seizing dreams, I will purify illusion and clear light. Do not sleep like an animal! The main practice is to integrate sleep and manifest reality. Alas, when the Bardo of Meditation dawns upon me, Having abandoned all the gatherings of distraction and delusion, I will remain in a state of non-distraction, non-attachment, and freedom from extremes. May I gain mastery over the two stages of generation and completion. Having abandoned activities, at this time of single-pointed meditation, Do not be swayed by the power of disturbing emotions and delusions! Alas, when the Bardo of Dying dawns upon me, Having abandoned attachment and clinging to everything, I will engage in the state of clear instructions without distraction. May my self-awareness, unborn, be transferred into the expanse of space. As the compounded body of flesh and blood is about to separate, May I know that it is impermanent and illusory. Alas, when the Bardo of Dharmata dawns upon me, Having abandoned all fear and terror, I will recognize whatever arises as my own manifestation and abide in it. May I know that this is the appearance of the Bardo. At this time when the crucial point is reached, May I not be afraid of the gatherings of self-manifest wrathful deities. Alas, when the Bardo of Becoming dawns upon me, Having held a single-pointed aspiration in my mind, I will diligently continue the momentum of positive actions. Having blocked the entrance to the womb, may I remember the reverse process. This is a time when pure vision is needed with diligence. Having abandoned jealousy, I will meditate on the Guru as Father and Mother. Without thinking that death will come, have a long-term vision of courage. If I busily engage in meaningless activities of this life, Then it would be a great mistake to return empty-handed this time. Knowing what is needed is the sacred Dharma. Why not practice the Dharma right now? The great accomplished ones have said this: If you do not keep the Guru's instructions in your heart, Will you not be deceiving yourself? Thus it is said.
