嗟玛，我乃寿命福报穷尽之时...... 嗟玛，我乃寿命福报穷尽之时...... 嗟玛，我乃寿命福报穷尽之时，此世亲友不永驻，自身孤独中阴漂泊时，祈请诸佛寂怒威势出，遣除无明黑暗之昏昧。 远离喜乐之友而独自漂泊，自显空性之影像显现之时，祈请诸佛之大悲威势出，愿莫生起惊慌与怖畏。 智慧光明之五光显现时，愿能不惧不怖而认识自性。 寂静与忿怒之身相显现时，愿能不惧获得自信而认识中阴。 恶业力之痛苦感受时，祈请四大明王息灭痛苦。 法性本声如千龙雷鸣时，愿能转为大乘佛法之妙音。 无依无怙追随业力之时，祈请四大明王救护我等。 业习气之痛苦感受时，愿能生起光明安乐之禅定。 有中阴身骤然产生时，愿莫出现邪魔外道之授记。 随心所欲到达任何地方时，愿莫生起恶业迷惑之怖畏。 猛兽发出恐怖吼叫之声时，愿能转为六字真言之法音。 风雨黑暗追逐逼迫之时，愿能得见智慧光明之天眼。 具缘同类中阴之有情众，愿能无有嫉妒而往生天界。 极度烦恼饥渴难耐之时，愿莫生起饥渴寒热之痛苦，来世父母交合相会之时，愿能亲见诸佛寂怒父母尊。 无论生于何处获得自在后，为利他故，愿能获得具足妙相之胜身。 自身获得殊胜之身之后，愿能迅速获得一切见闻。 愿一切恶业皆不跟随，所有福德增长且跟随。 无论生于何处，愿能生生世世与本尊相遇。 愿能甫一出生便能言语行走，忆念前世且不忘失，获得总持。 愿能仅凭听闻、思惟、见解便能知晓大小中等各种功德。 无论生于何处

Kyema, when my life's benefit is exhausted... Kyema, when my life's benefit is exhausted... Kyema, when my life's benefit is exhausted, loved ones in this world will not last; when I wander alone in the bardo, may the power of the peaceful and wrathful deities arise, dispelling the darkness of ignorance. Separated from joyful friends and wandering alone, when the empty images of self-appearance arise, may the power of the compassion of the Buddhas arise, so that fear and dread may not occur. When the five lights of clear wisdom arise, may I recognize my own nature without fear or dread. When the forms of the peaceful and wrathful ones appear, may I recognize the bardo with fearlessness and confidence. When experiencing the suffering of negative karma, may the Four Great Kings dispel the suffering. When the natural sound of reality is like a thousand thunders, may it be transformed into the sound of the Great Vehicle Dharma. When following helplessly after karma, may the Four Great Kings protect me and others. When experiencing the suffering of karmic imprints, may the samadhi of clear light and bliss arise. When the bardo of existence is suddenly born, may the prophecies of returning demons not occur. Wherever I arrive by the power of thought, may the fear of delusion from negative karma not arise. When ferocious beasts utter terrifying roars, may it be transformed into the Dharma sound of the six syllables. When driven by rain, wind, and darkness, may I see the divine eye of clear wisdom. May all sentient beings in the bardo who share the same affinity be free from jealousy and be born in the higher realms. When extremely afflicted by hunger and thirst, may the suffering of hunger, thirst, heat, and cold not arise, and when I see the union of parents in the future, may I see the peaceful and wrathful deities, the fathers and mothers themselves. Wherever I am born, having gained freedom, for the sake of others, may I obtain a supreme body adorned with marks and signs. Having obtained a supreme body from my own birth, may I quickly obtain all that is seen and heard. May all negative karma not follow me, and may all merit increase and follow me. Wherever I am born, in each and every life, may I meet the yidam deity. May I be able to speak and walk as soon as I am born, remembering my previous lives and not forgetting, obtaining dharani. May I know all qualities, great, small, medium, and various, merely by hearing, thinking, and seeing. Wherever I am born

愿此处吉祥！愿一切众生皆具安乐！胜者寂怒尊，您的身形如何，眷属和寿命的量，您的殊胜名号，唯愿如是！普贤寂怒浩瀚的慈悲，以及法二清净的谛实力，以及专一修持密咒的加持力，愿所发之愿如是成就！此名《中阴祈愿文·怖畏救护》，直至轮回未空之际永不穷尽。成就者噶玛林巴之伏藏。吉祥！善哉！善哉！

May there be auspiciousness here! May all sentient beings be endowed with happiness! Victorious peaceful and wrathful ones, whatever your form may be, the extent of your retinue and lifespan, your supreme name, may it be just like that! With the compassion of the vast Samantabhadra, peaceful and wrathful ones, and the power of truth of the two-fold purity of Dharma, and through the blessings of single-pointed accomplishment of secret mantra, may the aspiration I have made be accomplished in just that way! This 'Bardo Aspiration: Protection from Fear' will not be exhausted until samsara is empty. It is a treasure of the accomplished Karma Lingpa. Mangalam! Good! Good!
