From beginningless time, I have strayed from the path, lost my way, and wandered in the cycle of existence, in the past I erred by turning away from karma and committing sins, I deeply regret whatever sinful deeds I have committed, because the powerful and fierce karmic force is strong, I have become immersed in the ocean of suffering in samsara, the fire of hatred burns my own being, the darkness of ignorance obscures wisdom, consciousness is immersed in the ocean of desire, the mountain of fierce pride presses me down into the lower realms, the whirlwind of jealousy scatters me in samsara, I am bound by the tight knot of self-grasping, I fall into the abyss of desire like a fire-consuming pit, intense suffering falls like unbearable rain, such suffering is extremely difficult to endure, the fierce fire of sinful karmic force blazes, the sprout of consciousness and senses is scorched, if the illusory body of aggregates cannot endure, can the compassionate protector endure it? I am a foolish, ignorant, evil, great sinner, born in the desire realm of Rudra due to karma, I regret being born and despair of karma, even if I regret, karma cannot be changed, the force of karma is like the course of a river, how can the flood of karma be turned back immediately? All ripening comes from one's own karma, driven by the fierce karmic whirlwind, I have wandered in darkness in the prison of samsara for countless eons in the past, by the blessing of your compassion, loving protector, karma and afflictions, obscurations have been purified, now I am present at the feet of the mother-like loving one, radiant like the sun, bright like the moon, even looking at the compassionate face is not enough, but from beginningless time, due to the cataract of ignorance, I have not seen with eyes blinded by cataracts, where were you before, protector of beings? Because the karmic force is too fierce and unbearable, I am very afraid, my hair stands on end, I am extremely frightened, and I utter a mournful groan

念诵此祈祷文，以我这般穷困潦倒的哀鸣呼唤您， 慈悲的怙主啊，若此时您不垂念， 何时才能在死亡来临，身心分离之时？ 与亲友眷属分离，被阎罗狱卒带走， 那时世间的亲人不会消逝， 而是因业力所致，独自一人被带走。 那时我没有救护与庇佑， 不要拖延，不要耽搁， 现在就请您垂念，赐予加持。 像我这样被业力折磨的众生， 从无始以来，由于邪见妄念， 未能从三界轮回中解脱， 经历了无数劫，无数次的转生， 获得了无数次粗糙沉重的身体， 若将积攒的血肉骨骼堆积起来，与世界一样巨大， 若将积攒的脓血汇集起来，与大海一样浩瀚， 若将积攒的业缘堆积起来，无法思量，无法言说。 即使数遍三界，经历生死的循环， 所造的业都毫无意义地浪费了。 在无数次的转生中， 若能将仅仅一生所造的业， 完全用于无上菩提， 那么所造的业才有意义， 意义的究竟便是涅槃。 业力的强大，烦恼的炽盛， 让我取了血肉之躯，在轮回中漂泊， 被困于难以忍受痛苦的有情牢狱之中。 如此难以忍受的剧烈痛苦， 一切罪业皆由自己的业力所生。 请大慈悲者斩断恶业之流， 恳请您遣除烦恼业力之风。 由于无明邪见的业力所支配， 在无知的黑暗中永远漂泊， 难道不会被智慧明灯的光芒所照亮吗？ 罪业之果难以忍受， 难道您不会施予大慈悲的甘霖吗？ 若我堕入颠倒错乱的悬崖， 难道您不会伸出慈悲的迅疾之手将我抓住吗？ 若我被三种剧毒所折磨， 难道您不会以善巧慈悲的妙药来医治我吗？ 若业力之果的痛苦之火燃烧， 难道您不会降下慈悲清凉的甘露吗？ 若我沉溺于痛苦轮回的泥潭， 难道您不会以善巧慈悲的铁钩将我救起吗？ 从三界轮回中不断地磨练， 何时才能获得自己的果报？ 圣者的慈悲，我所祈求的都毫无意义， 若我自身的业力如此强大， 还称什么慈悲广大呢？

Reciting this prayer, calling to you with the wretched cry of the destitute, Compassionate Protector, if you do not heed me at this time, When will you heed me, when death comes, when body and mind separate? Separated from relatives, friends, and companions, led away by the Yama's messengers, At that time, worldly relatives will not disappear, But due to the power of karma, I will be led away alone. At that time, I will have no protector or refuge, Do not delay, do not tarry, Now, please heed me and grant your blessings. Beings like me, tormented by karma, From beginningless time, due to wrong thoughts, Have not been liberated from the realms of the three worlds, Through countless eons, countless births, Having taken countless coarse and heavy bodies, If the accumulated flesh and bones were piled up, they would be as vast as the world, If the accumulated pus and blood were gathered, they would be as vast as the great ocean, If the accumulated karmic connections were piled up, they would be beyond thought, beyond words. Even if I counted the three realms and experienced the cycle of birth and death, The deeds I have done have been wasted meaninglessly. In countless births, If I were to dedicate the deeds of just one lifetime, Completely to the purpose of unsurpassed enlightenment, Then the deeds I have done would have meaning, The ultimate meaning would be nirvana. The power of karma, the intensity of afflictions, Have caused me to take a body of flesh and blood, wandering in samsara, Trapped in the prison of sentient beings, enduring unbearable suffering. Such unbearable and intense suffering, All sins arise from my own karma. Great Compassionate One, please cut off the stream of bad karma, I beseech you to dispel the wind of afflictive karma. Due to the power of karma from ignorance and wrong views, Forever wandering in the darkness of unknowing, Will I not be illuminated by the rays of the lamp of wisdom? If the ripening of sinful karma is unbearable, Will you not bestow the rain of great compassion? If I fall into the precipice of inversion and delusion, Will you not grasp me with your swift hand of compassion? If I am tormented by the unbearable disease of the three poisons, Will you not heal me with the skillful and compassionate medicine? If the fire of suffering from the ripening of karma blazes, Will you not send down the cool stream of compassion? If I am submerged in the mire of suffering samsara, Will you not rescue me with the skillful hook of compassion? Having been purified from the realms of the three worlds, When will I obtain my own fruit? The compassion of the noble ones, all that I ask is meaningless, If my own karma is so powerful, What is the meaning of calling you greatly compassionate?
