སྤྱི་འགྲོའི་གསོལ་འདེབས། སྤྱི་འགྲོའི་གསོལ་འདེབས། སྤྱི་འགྲོའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་བརྟན་བཞུགས་སོ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ སྐྱབས་གནས་མ་ལུས་འདུས་པའི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད། །རྒྱལ་ཀུན་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཨུ་རྒྱན་རིན་པོ་ཆེར། །གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འགལ་རྐྱེན་བར་ཆད་སོལ། །འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དབང་མཆོག་ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཎྀ་ཛཿ ཞེས་དང་། བརྟན་བཞུགས་སློབ་མ་དམ་གཙང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་དང་ཨུ་རྒྱན་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་དབྱེར་མེད་ཀྱི་མོས་གུས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ངང་ནས་ཞབས་སྲིད་བརྟན་པར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་ནི། ཧྲཱི༔ སྣོད་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་། །གདོད་ནས་འཆི་མེད་དག་པའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དབུས། །དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །ནམ་ཡང་མི་ནུབ་གསལ་བར་ཞབས་བརྟན་ཞིང་། །སྐུ་ཚེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུར་འཚོ་གཞེས་ཏེ། །བར་གཅོད་བགེགས་རིགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་ཤོག །དགུ་ལྡན་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་། །རྩ་གསུམ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མའི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས། །རྫོགས་ཆེན་ཨ་ཏིའི་རིང་ལུགས་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། །བསྟན་འཛིན་སྐྱེས་བུའི་སྐུ་ཚེ་བརྟན་པར་ཤོག། །། སྤྱི་འགྲོའི་གསོལ་འདེབས།

共同祈请文。 共同祈请文。 共同祈请文 祈请长寿。 嗡啊吽，所有皈依境的总集之自性。 诸佛之自在邬金仁波切。 我等祈请，请息除违缘与障碍。 赐予无死寿自在，殊胜共同之成就。 嗡啊吽 班匝咕噜贝玛悉地阿依色吽涅匝 （藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཎྀ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi āyuṣe hūṃ ṇī jaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，金刚上师莲花生，成就，寿命，吽，涅，匝）。如是，具足对根本上师与邬金无量寿佛无二无别之虔诚，为令长寿永固，祈请如下： 舍！ 所有器情皆为极乐刹土。 本初无死清净之坛城中央。 具德上师邬金长寿佛。 祈愿永不磨灭，光明常驻。 身寿如金刚般安住。 愿诸障碍魔众不能侵扰。 具九德根本传承上师之加持。 三根本护法空行之威力。 愿大圆满阿底之宗风广弘。 愿持教士夫之身寿永固。 共同祈请文。

To Orgyen Rinpoche, the sovereign of all Buddhas, We pray, please dispel obstacles and hindrances. Grant us the immortal life empowerment, supreme and common siddhis. OM AH HUNG VAJRA GURU PADMA SIDDHI AYU SHE HUNG NI DZA. Thus, with unwavering devotion to the root guru inseparable from Orgyen Amitayus, we pray for the stability of his life and reign: HRIH! May all beings and their environments be the realm of Sukhavati. In the center of the primordial, immortal, pure mandala, The glorious Lama, Orgyen Amitayus, May your presence be clear and enduring, never fading away. May your life abide like a vajra, And may all obstructing forces and demons be unable to harm you. Through the blessings of the root and lineage Lamas possessing nine qualities, And through the power and strength of the Three Roots, Dharma protectors, and guardians, May the tradition of Ati Dzogchen flourish, And may the lives of the upholders of the teachings be stable and long.
