Similarly, by the power of upholding the Prajñāpāramitā, etc., one is not harmed by poison and weapons, etc., and one overcomes enemies. Therefore, this Prajñāpāramitā itself is a vidyā-mantra, showing its benefit of having great power. Among them, the so-called "great vidyā-mantra" means that it can obtain all the accomplishments that are beneficial for this life and the next. The so-called "unsurpassed vidyā-mantra" means that there is no other vidyā-mantra that can surpass or compare with it. The so-called "unequal and equal vidyā-mantra," among them, "unequal" refers to unsurpassed bodhi, which can obtain unsurpassed bodhi that is not equal to anything, and has the power to become equal to it, therefore it is called "unequal and equal." Kauśika, if a Bodhisattva exists, then the ten paths of virtuous actions, etc., can exist in the world, and even the Tathāgata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha can exist in the world. This is to show the great power and merit of the Bodhisattva who practices the Prajñāpāramitā. That is to say, when practicing the Prajñāpāramitā, in the area where the Bodhisattva resides, all the Buddha-dharma, such as the ten virtues, will be practiced and propagated. Kauśika, for example, if there is a moon, then all the herbs, planets, and stars can exist, and it should also be known that the skillful means to subsequently obtain omniscience also arise from the Prajñāpāramitā. This is to show the great power and merit of the Bodhisattva with the example of the moon. The moon has the nature of nectar and is also the king of planets and stars, etc. Therefore, by the power and blessing of the moon, herbs and medicines, etc., will also become more powerful, and planets and stars will also become more powerful and radiant. Similarly, if a Bodhisattva has the skillful means of the Prajñāpāramitā, then all the dharmas belonging to the white side can exist and be propagated in the world.

Thus it is taught. Kausika! Furthermore, any son of good family or daughter of good family who upholds this Prajñāpāramitā, recites it, masters it, and properly contemplates it, will possess the merits of this life and the merits of future lives. Until they attain unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment and Buddhahood, they will possess the merits of this life and the merits of future lives. Therefore, those who diligently uphold the Prajñāpāramitā, etc., will not die in this life due to harm from poison, weapons, etc., will be free from the fear of royal punishment, and will gain benefits such as the joy of the king's retinue. In future lives, they will not be separated from all white dharmas such as the ten virtues, will not fall into the lower realms, will not have impaired limbs, and will not be born into inferior castes such as the poor. They will possess the complete marks of a great being, be born miraculously, travel from Buddha-field to Buddha-field, be able to ripen sentient beings, and be able to purify Buddha-fields, etc. These are the benefits that will be obtained. This is the teaching of the benefits. The twentieth chapter of the extensive commentary on the Hundred Thousand Verse Prajñāpāramitā is complete. Twentieth Chapter: The Chapter on Completely Explaining the Merits of the Mind of Enlightenment.
