འབྲས་ཡུམ་ལ་ཉེ་བ་བཤད་པ། འབྲས་ཡུམ་ལ་ཉེ་བ་བཤད་པ། དེ་ནི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པ་ཡིས། །ཡང་དག་དགེ་བ་ཉིད་དུ་བཤད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པ་དང༌། ལེགས་པར་མཐར་ཕྱུང་བའི་བར་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་རོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས། ཉན་ཐོས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྟོགས་པ་ཉི་ཚེ་བ་དང་བཟློག་པས་མཐར་ཐུག་པར་སོང་བ་དེ་ལ་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པ་དང་ལེགས་པར་མཐར་ཕྱུང་བར་གང་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། ། འབྲས་ཡུམ་ལ་ཉེ་བ་བཤད་པ།
