Ah. The flower empowerment is equally victorious. The empowerment performed by deities such as Avalokiteshvara, is the great Vajra. All of the three realms pay homage. Arising from the place of the three secrets of all Buddhas, should be given. The crown jewel of the Dharma of the Buddha empowerment Tara, is like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Various red rays of light, illuminate all beings of the three realms. Having obtained the precious empowerment, all accomplishments will be achieved. As the ritual was previously spoken, with half a year of stable practice, the torma is offered in three sessions. With meditation preceding it, this essence of Tara, after entering into equipoise, recite the mantra. Om Kurukulle Hrih Hum Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ॐ कुरु कुल्ले ह्रीः हुं स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ kuru kulle hrīḥ hūṃ svāhā, Literal meaning: Om, Kurukulle, Hrih, Hum, Svaha.) Then, after reciting the mantra of approach one hundred thousand times, afterwards, one should diligently begin the practice. With a portion, wisdom increases, with another limb, one controls. With the third limb, likewise, one draws all poisons. For all worldly beings, who are extremely infatuated and seductive, the women should make offerings. After holding the mantra as desired, the delightful daughters of the gods, should provide food and feasts. Through gradual practice by the wise, even small accomplishments will be achieved.
