Mix the ashes with the eye medicine, and if the important part of the one who is looked at with the Vajra eye does not drip with lotus desire, then at that time, I (the author) swear that I have certainly deceived the Bhagavati. Take the saliva of a young child who has not yet grown a beard, recite the dharani of Tara seven times, and mix it with the root of bhringaraja and cow-gall, and make a tilaka on the forehead; then whoever you look at will be under your control.
