黑汝嘎修法。 黑汝嘎修法。 印度语：黑汝嘎萨达那姆。藏语：黑汝嘎修法。于八大尸林中央安住者， 具足无畏喜乐之心者，以方便与智慧之正法，具足日月之结合者， 从阿字和嘎字之结合中，观想太阳之坛城。于彼处从吽字所生之， 具足善妙金刚杵顶端者，身穿清净人皮者，以半跏趺坐姿安住于尸体上。 以骨灰涂身，右手持着放射的金刚杵，挥舞的旗帜喀章嘎，左手持着血颅。 以五十一颗人头之鬘，作为夺取精气之项链。面部之獠牙略微龇出， 眼目赤红具降魔之威，黄色头发上竖不动摇，具有头饰和耳环。 以骨饰庄严，头上戴着头盖骨，观想赐予成就之佛陀。 是为遮止众生邪魔者。 咒语是：嗡 吽 啪 梭哈。 黑汝嘎二手之修法简略完毕。 阿阇黎阿巴雅，由比丘戒律师胜幢所译。

Heruka Sadhana. Heruka Sadhana. In Sanskrit: Heruka Sadhanam. In Tibetan: Heruka'i Grub Thabs (Heruka Sadhana). Abiding in the center of the eight great charnel grounds, Possessing a mind of fearless joy, with the proper methods of skillful means and wisdom, possessing the union of sun and moon, From the union of the letter A and the letter Ka, contemplate the mandala of the sun. Therein, from the letter Hum arising, Possessing a well-endowed vajra tip, wearing clean human skin, seated on a corpse in half-lotus posture. Anointing the body with ashes, holding a radiating vajra in the right hand, a waving banner khatvanga, and a blood-filled skullcup in the left. With a garland of fifty-one heads, as a necklace that seizes vital essence. The fangs of the mouth slightly bared, Eyes red and possessing the power to subdue obstacles, yellow hair rising upwards, unmoving, possessing a headdress and earrings. Adorned with bone ornaments, with a skull on the head, contemplate the Buddha who bestows accomplishments. Is the one who averts the multitudes of demons. The mantra is: Om Hum Phat Svaha.
