金刚嚓日吉嘎之修法。 金刚嚓日吉嘎之修法。 印度语：瓦吉拉·嚓日吉嘎·萨达那。藏语：金刚嚓日吉嘎之修法。于先前所说仪轨次第中，修习空性之后。于八瓣莲花之上，于日轮上，观想由字母吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）所生之金刚中心有字母藏（ཙཾ，梵文天城体：चं，梵文罗马拟音：caṃ，汉语字面意思：藏）。彼等圆满转变，即成金刚嚓日吉嘎，一面三眼，以半跏趺坐之伸屈式，坐于鹿皮座上。身躯瘦弱，龇牙咧嘴般扭曲，令人畏惧。以人头鬘作为项链庄严自身，以骨饰周身庄严，具有五印。不动佛为头饰而安住。具有虎皮裙。头发蓬松散乱。具有六臂，右手中持金刚杵、宝剑与法轮。左手中持颅碗、摩尼宝与莲花。身色为红色，随顺事业，亦可观想为具有白色等颜色。心间字母藏（ཙཾ，梵文天城体：चं，梵文罗马拟音：caṃ，汉语字面意思：藏）之光芒迎请智慧轮，令其于前方安住，供养等皆圆满，令其善住。其后应持诵真言：嗡 瓦吉拉 嚓日吉嘎 吽 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙརྩི་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།）此乃金刚嚓日吉嘎之修法。阿怖畏处，比丘戒律幢所译。

The Sadhana of Vajra Tarchika. The Sadhana of Vajra Tarchika. In Sanskrit: Vajra Tarchika Sadhana. In Tibetan: The Sadhana of Vajra Tarchika. Following the previously explained sequence of rituals, after meditating on emptiness. On top of an eight-petaled lotus, on the sun mandala, visualize the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) generating a vajra at its center, with the syllable Tsaṃ (ཙཾ，梵文天城体：चं，梵文罗马拟音：caṃ，汉语字面意思：Tsam) residing there. From the complete transformation of these, arises Vajra Tarchika, with one face and three eyes, seated in a half-lotus posture with legs extended and drawn in, upon a deer skin seat. The body is emaciated, and the teeth are bared in a twisted manner, making it terrifying. Adorned with a garland of human heads as a necklace, and completely adorned with bone ornaments, possessing the five seals. Akshobhya resides as a head ornament. Wearing a tiger skin lower garment, with hair flowing freely. With six arms, the right hands hold a vajra, a sword, and a wheel. The left hands hold a skull cup, a jewel, and a lotus. The body color is red, and in accordance with the activity, one should also meditate on having colors such as white. With the light rays of the syllable Tsaṃ (ཙཾ，梵文天城体：चं，梵文罗马拟音：caṃ，汉语字面意思：Tsam) at the heart, invite the wheel of wisdom, and respectfully request it to be seated in front. Complete the offerings and so forth, and cause it to be well-seated. Then, the mantra should be recited: Om Vajra Tarchika Hum Svaha. (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙརྩི་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) This is the Sadhana of Vajra Tarchika. Translated by the monk Tsultrim Gyaltsen from Abhaya.
