忿怒母修法。 忿怒母修法。 印度语：Bhrkuti sadhanam。 藏语：忿怒母修法。如前所述，从黄色种子字བྷྲུཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：भ्रुं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：忿怒母种子字）完全转变，化现为身色黄色，具三眼，一面二臂，如妙龄少女般青春焕发的忿怒母。右手持赐予印和念珠，左手持三叉杖和盛满丸药的钵盂。以无量光佛为顶饰，安住在莲花和月轮座垫上。观想世尊母，并结手印，即手指并拢伸直，两个拇指的指甲互相抵住。然后念诵咒语：嗡 བྷྲྀ་ཀུ་ཊི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ भ्रुकुटि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhrukuṭi svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，忿怒母，梭哈！）这是忿怒母的修法。玛拉巴尊者由比丘戒律师胜幢所译。

As previously explained, from the complete transformation of the yellow syllable བྷྲུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: भ्रुं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bhrkuti seed syllable), arises the Bhagavati with a yellow-colored body, three eyes, one face, and two arms, appearing as a youthful maiden in the prime of her youth. The right hand holds the gesture of bestowing boons and a rosary, while the left hand holds a trident and a bowl filled with pills. Her head is adorned with Amitabha. Meditate on the Bhagavati seated on a lotus and moon seat, and perform the mudra, which is to extend the fingers together and place the nails of both thumbs against each other. Then, recite the mantra: Om བྷྲྀ་ཀུ་ཊི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ भ्रुकुटि स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ bhrukuṭi svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Bhrkuti, Svaha!)
