By obtaining the precious empowerment, All siddhis are perfectly accomplished. Half a year stable and well abiding, As said before, the best is given priority, Torma is offered at the three sessions, The preliminary of the meditation sequence, Here, with the essence of Tara, The mantra is recited with equanimity.
