།ཐིགས་པས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞི་བྱེད་འདི་ནི་འདིར་གཏོར་པས། །སྐྱེ་བོ་རྟོག་པའི་དུག་ནི་ནད་མེད་ཉམས་གྱུར་པ། །དེ་རྟོགས་རྟོག་སྐྱེས་ནད་དང་ཉེར་འཚེ་ཞི་བར་ཤོག །བདག་གིས་འདི་དང་གཞན་དག་ཏུ།། བསོད་ནམས་གང་དང་གང་བྱིས་པ། །བསོད་ནམས་དེ་ཡིས་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས། །རྟག་ཏུ་བདག་གིས་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོས་སྔོན་པོ་ཅན་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། །སློབ་དཔོན་སུ་ཙནྡྲ་བྷ་དྲའི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་བི་ན་ཡ་ཙནྡྲ་དང༌། ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་དགེ་སློང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བའོ།། ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོས་སྔོན་པོ་ཅན་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས། སུ་ཙནྡྲ་བྷ་དྲ།

以此滴露息灭诸苦，于此处散布。 众生分别之毒，无病而衰。 愿彼悟解，分别所生之病及近恼悉皆寂灭。 我于此及其他处， 所作何等福德， 以此福德，诸怙主， 愿我恒常得见。忿怒王金刚手青衣者之修法。导师苏旃陀罗跋陀所造圆满。印度堪布毗那亚旃陀罗与译师比丘法智所译。 忿怒王金刚手青衣者修法。苏旃陀罗跋陀。

By scattering this nectar that pacifies suffering here, May the poison of conceptualization in beings diminish without illness. May that understanding pacify the disease and afflictions arising from conceptualization.
