Holding the clod of earth aggregate, the four right hands holding the wheel, the four left hands holding the arrow and bow, the remaining nine hundred and ninety-two hands with the gesture of supreme generosity, as soft as lotus petals, contemplate in this way. Then, from the light arising from the seed syllable residing on the lotus and moon in one's heart, invite the noble Avalokiteśvara, offer truly, and contemplate entering into oneself. Then, with body, speech, and mind perfectly abiding, accomplish the ultimate empowerment. From that, bodies emanate, contemplate and meditate on appearing in the form of a wheel. Whenever feeling weary, holding the seed syllable in mind, abandoning the words of prostration and so on at the jewel place, recite: Om Dhara Dhara, Dhiri Dhiri, Dhuru Dhuru, Itte Vatte, Tsale Tsale, Pratsali Pratsali Kusume Kusume, Vare Ili Mili Tsiti Jvalam Apana Ye Svaha. When weary, offer to the wisdom being abiding in front. Make requests, ask for forgiveness, and to know departure, say Jahi three times. Arise and perform offering feasts and so on. Here, if someone cannot visualize so many mudras, then visualize eight arms, or one face and four arms, or one face and two arms, and view the two arms holding a lotus and the gesture of supreme generosity.
