ད་ཕྲིན་ལས་མི་མཛད་དམ། །དུག་གསུམ་བཟོད་དཀའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་གདུངས་ལགས་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཐབས་མཁས་སྨན་གྱིས་མི་གསོ་འམ། །ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་གི་གཡང་སར་ལྷུང་ལགས་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་མྱུར་མགྱོགས་ཕྱག་གིས་མི་འཛིན་ནམ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲག་པོའི་ལས་དབང་མེ་འབར་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་བསིལ་བའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་མི་འབེབས་སམ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཆེན་པོས་མནར་རོ་ར་མདའ་མཛོད། །རེ་སས་སླུ་བར་མ་མཛད་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །གང་ལ་གད་འདུལ་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་མཛད་པར། །ཞལ་བཞེས་མང་པོའི་དམ་བཅའ་མི་མཛད་དམ། །མཐོང་ཐོས་དྲན་རེག་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གསུངས་སམ། །སྙིགས་མའི་དུས་ཀྱི་ངན་སྤྱོད་མ་གཟིགས་སམ། །ངན་སོང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་བསྒྲུབ་པ་མ་གཟིགས་སམ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་དབའ་ཀློང་འཁྲུགས་པ་མ་མཁྱེན་ནམ། །ནུས་མཐུ་དཔག་མེད་མངའ་བ་མ་ལགས་སམ། །བྱམས་མགོན་འགྲོ་དོན་མཛད་པར་འཕྱིས་པ་ཙམ།། ཁམས་གསུམ་འཁོར་བའི་གནས་སུ་སྦྱངས་སྦྱངས་ནས། །ནམ་ཞིག་རང་གིས་འབྲས་བུ་ཐོབ་པའི་ཚེ། །འཕགས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཅི་འཚལ་དོན་མ་མཆིས། །སེམས་ཅན་ལས་འཕྲོ་རང་སོར་བཞག་ན་ནི། །འཕགས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་སུ་ལ་ཅི་ཞིག་བགྱི། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་འགྲོ་རྣམས་སྒྲོལ་བར་ཞལ་བཞེས་པའི། །དམ་བཅས་དོན་དེ་དེ་རིང་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །འཕགས་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྟོབས་མངའ་ན། །ཡལ་ཡོལ་ལེ་ལོ་བཏང་སྙོམས་མ་མཛད་པར། །སྙིང་ནས་གཟིགས་ཤིག་ཐུགས་རྗེ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ལྷ། །རེ་ས་གཞན་ན་མེད་དོ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཟུང༌། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་སྨྲེ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་བསྟོད་པ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཅན་འདི་ཉིད་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གཙུག་གི་ནོར་བུ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་པ། མཐོང་ལ་མ་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེས་པའི་གང་ཟག །སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་ཟླ་བ་གྲགས་པའི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་སྨྲེ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བསྟོད་པ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཅན། ཟླ་བ་གྲགས་པ།

如今您不作事业吗？ 三毒难忍之病所煎熬， 慈悲方便之药不医治吗？ 堕入颠倒之悬崖， 慈悲不迅速以手救护吗？ 剧烈痛苦之业力火焰燃烧， 慈悲不降下清凉之水流吗？ 为巨大痛苦所折磨，饶达措（地名）， 莫以希望欺骗我，观世音。 对于何者应调伏，作利益众生之事， 众多承诺之誓言不实践吗？ 未曾说见闻忆触皆有益吗？ 未曾见五浊恶世之恶行吗？ 未曾见造作恶道因果吗？ 未曾知痛苦波涛汹涌吗？ 不具无量威力吗？ 慈爱怙主，利益众生之事稍有延迟。 在三界轮回之处勤修， 何时自己获得果实之时， 圣者之慈悲有何需求无意义。 若众生业力各自安住， 圣者之慈悲对谁有何用？ 慈悲承诺救度众生之， 誓言之事今日祈请垂念。 圣妙您具慈悲力， 莫作漠不关心无所谓， 从心底看视吧，慈悲胜者之神， 希望别无他处啊，以慈悲救护我。 赞颂菩萨观自在以哀恳之门，此加持之赞如五百部之顶髻宝珠。 见而于母续生起之人。 大导师月称面前所作完毕。 大悲哀恳赞，具加持。 月称。

Now, do you not act with activity? Since I am tormented by the unbearable disease of the three poisons, Won't you heal with the medicine of compassionate skillful means? Since I have fallen into the precipice of inversion, Won't you swiftly hold me with your hand of compassion? If the fire of intense suffering karma blazes, Won't you send down a stream of cooling water with compassion? I am tormented by great suffering, Ra-da-tso (place name), Do not deceive me with hope, Avalokiteshvara. For whom should be tamed, to do the benefit of beings, Do you not fulfill the many vows you have made? Haven't you said that seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching are beneficial? Haven't you seen the evil deeds of the degenerate age? Haven't you seen the creation of the causes and effects of the lower realms? Don't you know the turbulent waves of suffering? Don't you possess immeasurable power? Loving protector, the work of benefiting beings is only slightly delayed. Having practiced and practiced in the realms of the three realms of samsara, When will I myself obtain the fruit? What need is there for the compassion of the noble one, it is meaningless. If the karmic connections of sentient beings remain as they are, What is the use of the compassion of the noble one for anyone? The promise to liberate beings with compassion, Please remember that vow today. Noble and supreme one, you possess the power of compassion, Without being indifferent or apathetic, Look from the heart, compassionate god of the victorious ones, There is no other hope, protect me with compassion. This blessed praise to the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara through the door of lamentation is like a jewel on the crown of the five hundred. A person who is born into the mother lineage upon seeing it.
