诸位空耗时日听闻法， 未解如来甚深之密意， 未启甚深智慧之眼目， 未能舍弃轮回之资具， 贪执幻化不实之蕴身， 业力强盛烦恼极炽盛， 受取血肉交织之身躯，漂泊于轮回之中， 落入痛苦剧烈之有海牢狱。 如是难忍剧烈之痛苦， 一切过患皆由自业生。 祈请大悲垂念断业续， 祈请遣除烦恼业力之相续， 烦恼业力相续极强盛， 恒时漂泊于无明黑暗中， 祈请以智慧日轮之光芒遣除。 若为恶业之果报所逼迫， 祈请大悲垂念行事业。 若为三毒痛苦之疾病所折磨， 祈请以善巧方便大悲之妙药救治。 若已堕入颠倒错乱之悬崖， 祈请迅速以大悲之手救护。 若为有海之巨浪所卷走， 祈请以无漏智慧之舟船救度。 诸佛名号功德不可思议， 如功德经中所说一般， 祈请速速将一切赐予我， 祈请诸佛以大悲加持我。 顶礼赞叹忏悔罪堕祈请， 以及略微积聚之善业， 一切回向无上菩提大果。 以无缘回向祈请与愿文， 以及观世音菩萨大悲之加持， 祈愿往生清净殊胜之刹土。 往生清净殊胜刹土后， 祈愿得见诸佛菩萨闻其法音。 大悲圣者观世音菩萨尊， 我无供养资具可供养， 以猛厉哀号祈请于您前， 祈请赐予一切殊胜之悉地。 大悲圣者观世音菩萨尊， 无论何者无依无怙者， 若已承诺作为彼等之怙佑， 祈请救护无依罪恶诸众生， 祈请救护无依已逝诸亡者， 祈请救护无依漂泊轮回者。 大悲圣者观世音菩萨尊， 日日增长罪业深重难当， 祈请消除一切恶业与罪障。

Please listen without wasting time. Without unraveling the profound tenets of the teachings, Without opening the eye of profound wisdom, Without daring to relinquish the paraphernalia of existence, Clinging and attached to the illusory body of aggregates, With the power of karma strong and afflictions great, Having taken a body of flesh and blood, wandering in samsara, Trapped in the fierce suffering of the prison of existence. Such unbearable and fierce suffering as this, All faults arise from one's own actions. With great compassion, please cut the stream of karma, I pray that the stream of afflictions and karma be reversed. The stream of afflictions and karma is so powerful, Constantly wandering in the darkness of ignorance, I pray that it be dispelled by the light of the sun of wisdom. If the result of misdeeds is unbearable, I pray that great compassion will accomplish the work. If afflicted by the disease of the three poisons and suffering, I pray that you heal with the skillful means of compassionate medicine. If fallen into the abyss of perversion, I pray that you quickly grasp with the hand of compassion. If we are carried away by the flood of existence, I pray that you deliver us with the boat of immaculate wisdom. The qualities of reciting the names of the Buddhas are inconceivable. As the qualities appear in the scriptures, I pray that you quickly grant them all to me. May the mind of the Buddhas bless me. Prostrations, praises, confessions of sins, supplications, And the slight accumulation of virtuous deeds, All dedicated to the great, unsurpassed enlightenment. With aimless dedication, prayers, and aspirations, And through the blessings of the compassion of Avalokiteśvara, May I be born in a pure and excellent realm. Having been born in a pure and excellent realm, May I see the faces of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and hear their voices. Great Compassionate Noble Avalokiteśvara, Since I do not have the means of offering, I pray to you with great lamenting mantras, I pray that you grant me all the supreme accomplishments. Great Compassionate Noble Avalokiteśvara, Whoever has no protector or refuge, If you have promised to be their protector and refuge, I pray that you protect the helpless sinful beings, I pray that you protect the helpless deceased, I pray that you protect the helpless wanderers in samsara. Great Compassionate Noble Avalokiteśvara, Day by day, sins are overwhelming, I pray that you dispel all evil deeds and obscurations.

May I not be controlled by afflictions, May I not commit any sinful deeds, May I practice the Dharma day and night, Please bless me with your great compassion! Great Compassionate One, Noble Avalokiteśvara! Just by uttering your name, all sufferings are pacified, Since I have the opportunity to meet you, Even if I strive, there are no results, Great Compassionate One, Noble Avalokiteśvara! Please quickly grant me, without omission, The benefits of reciting your dharani, As well as the merits, As described in the scriptures! Great Compassionate One, Noble Avalokiteśvara! I meditate on you, recite your mantra, Prostrate and praise, confess sins, and supplicate, After hearing the voice of the protector, Quickly attain your state, May I also benefit beings like you! Great Compassionate One, Noble Avalokiteśvara! As long as I am in samsara, May you generate my body, May my body make offerings to the protector, May the accumulation of body be perfected! Great Compassionate One, Noble Avalokiteśvara! As long as I am in samsara, May you generate my speech, May my speech recite the name of the protector, May the accumulation of speech be perfected! Great Compassionate One, Noble Avalokiteśvara! As long as I am in samsara, May you generate my mind, May my mind remember the protector, May the accumulation of mind be perfected! Thus, with body, speech, and mind, By relying on the compassionate Lord, May body, speech, and mind be free from faults, May virtues be fully perfected! Thus, the body, speech, and mind, The body, speech, and mind of the compassionate Lord, If I always have faith and respect, Compassionate Lord Avalokiteśvara, The sole refuge of the three realms, Whose virtues are inconceivable, May I also accomplish such qualities, May the wishes of the three realms be fulfilled! May all desires of the three realms be fulfilled! May I benefit sentient beings of the three realms, Directly or indirectly!
