Hayagriva is red in color, short and with a hanging belly, his hair is reddish-yellow and blazes upwards, he is endowed with snake ornaments as offerings, the circle of his face is painted with a mixture of red and yellow, his three eyes are red and round, he has angry wrinkles and curved eyebrows, and a tiger skin loincloth hangs down. The left hand holds a wooden club weapon, and the right hand is in a gesture of worship. All of these should be contemplated as gazing with beautiful eyes at how they adorn their own principal deity. Then, visualize the syllable HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥) on top of a lunar disc in your heart, and from it radiate rays of various kinds, completely filling the three realms and firmly establishing all sentient beings in the state of Avalokiteśvara, and then the rays of light are again absorbed into that seed syllable. Afterwards, invoke the Wisdom Being with that very ray of light, and contemplate it as a form that has become one, like water and milk mixed with the Samaya Being. Then, purify the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and in order, visualize the white syllable OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) on the crown of the head, the red syllable AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊) on the throat, and the blue syllable HUM (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) on the heart. Visualize that from these radiate an immeasurable net of light, destroying the accumulation of sins of all sentient beings, and meditate as clearly as possible. The yogi, the diligent meditator, will be able to completely eliminate obscurations, gain wisdom, possess good fortune, be free from disease, and be perfect, and will manifest and attain accomplishment. After meditating, recite the mantra with one-pointed mind in the smoke. The mantra is as follows: OM HRIH SVAHA (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). All of these are like a string of autumn stars, immaculate, with the appearance of color and light, and should be recited by radiating many rays of light. If you become tired, accumulate merit completely, and remain in the pride of the deity in a comfortable posture. By practicing the glorious Avalokiteśvara's, the desirable method of accomplishment, may all beings attain his state through whatever merit I have gained.
