念诵六韵的偈颂。 以东方等次第， 将金刚等名称改变， 以五个宝瓶作灌顶。 所有边隅宝瓶之水， 应收入事业宝瓶中， 用来洗涤病人等。 之后此水未倒之前， 倒入大河或莲花湖， 若倒入大河等处， 必定能遮止死亡。 之后弟子对上师， 供养财物并承诺受戒， 上师于弟子头顶， 手持金刚念诵此语： “我乃智慧无量寿， 应断除一切轻蔑。 因我已摧伏大死主， 故汝子获得长寿悉地。” 如是宣告后，弟子观想， 自身为平凡之身， 于心之莲花根部， 中脉中观想毗卢遮那无量寿， 四方观想四部， 头顶观想智慧无量寿。 观想后，从我之心中， 祈请降下甘露水流， 五部到达头顶， 一切化为甘露， 观想遍布全身。 并念诵无量寿佛之陀罗尼。 如是作两次或三次。 之后供养诸尊。 最后稍微放置擦擦。 将土彩等物倒入水中， 近侍摧伏死主。 并念诵无量寿佛之陀罗尼。 导师胜敌自在，为婆罗门虚空藏之子所造之仪轨圆满。 印度堪布室利曼殊与译师策嘉瓦贝巴所译。

Recite the verses of six rhymes. In the order of East and so on, Change the names such as Vajra, Bestow empowerment with five vases. The water of all the boundary vases, Should be collected into the Karma vase, And used to wash patients and so on. Then, before that water is poured out, Into a large river or lotus lake, If poured into great rivers and such, It will surely avert death. After that, the disciple offers to the Guru, Wealth and vows to take vows, The Guru, on the disciple's crown, Holding the Vajra, speaks these words: "I am the wisdom Amitayus, You should abandon all contempt. Because I have subdued the great Lord of Death, Therefore, son, you have attained the siddhi of longevity." After proclaiming this, the disciple visualizes, Oneself as an ordinary body, At the root of the lotus of the heart, In the central channel, visualize Vairochana Amitayus, In the four directions, visualize the four families, On the crown, visualize the wisdom Amitayus. After visualizing, from my heart, Pray for the nectar stream to descend, The five families reach the crown, Everything transforms into nectar, Visualize pervading the entire body. And recite the dharani of Amitayus. Do this twice or three times. Then offer to the deities. Finally, place a little Tsa-Tsa. Pour the earth colors and such into the water, The attendant subdues the Lord of Death. And recite the dharani of Amitayus.
