The wheel, manifests as suchness. The vidyadhara who holds the vajra, arises from having vows, and is accomplished by perfection, This is what the lion among men said. Because the vajra hell is unbearable, one should not be dissolute in the world. One should always have secret conduct, and repeatedly prostrate. That itself abides in its secret, all meaningful wisdom abides. The skillful one should take up the activity, others are not like that, One should take it up gradually, from the assembly one can accomplish the supreme siddhi. The dharma of the irreversible ground, wisdom destroys afflictions. The nature of the mind that is pure in itself, like the sky, is not cleansed by washing. Free from delusion, abandoning confusion, possessing the nature of being born together. Is the lord of knowledge and the knowable, therefore it is called wisdom. The dharmas from words and letters, reaching the other shore is the fourth. The qualities of the nature dharmakaya, are like the form of jewels. Pure in nature, unconditioned, arising in an instant, abandoning the lower realms. By this one can attain nirvana, that itself is certain to become supreme. Even if we toil for eons, it is very far from the Buddha. Like accomplishing the purpose by offering to the king, one should never hope for it. The dharmas of the ten perfections, in which wisdom and compassion are inseparable, If one constantly makes effort, then in seven lives etc. one takes that itself. With faith, discipline, and diligence, if one takes it again and again, Then one will go to the other shore, this is said from the Hevajra Tantra. Vajra essence, great compassion, liberated by the nature of things, By things one becomes bound, by fully knowing that one is liberated. Also by fully knowing the absence of things, the wise one can meditate on things. The nature of the absence of things, one should meditate on Heruka in that way. In the chapter of the vajra family, the words spoken are all praises. From the nature of non-elaboration, mantra and deity truly abide. Vairochana, Akshobhya, Amoghasiddhi, Ratnasambhava, Immeasurable heart bodhisattva. Is the one who gives rise to nirvana, called the wisdom mother. Thus it is said in that chapter. Supreme perfect enlightenment, Utpal Mountain.

Precious gems such as coral, and dogs, lions, foxes, and also taking what appears like a sow. Furthermore, whatever distractions there are, like a monkey taking fruit, become thorns of affliction, causing all suffering. Attachment arises from attachment, and if a fool drinks what cannot be transformed into the supreme drink, he will surely perish from thirst and his body will be destroyed. Understand and diligently take and abandon the meanings of skillful means and wisdom, and if accomplishment is achieved through secret practices, then hide the nature of goodness itself. Through this, whatever goodness there may be, may all sentient beings surely realize the nature of empowerment, and may they possess the three bodies and the five wisdoms. The teaching on the order of empowerment, composed by the noble Nagarjuna, is complete. Translated, revised, and finalized by the Indian Abbot Gayadhara and the Tibetan translator, the monk Yeshe Sangpo. The Teaching on the Order of Empowerment. Nagarjuna.
