之上按压。或是王宫的门槛，或者修行室的门下。夏季的最后三个月中，六、二、四的日中时分，极其秘密地隐藏起来。用燃烧的十字杵从上面按压。如所教导的禅定，观想须弥山围绕着牛，在劫末时按压。以巨大威力的吼声，猛烈念诵念珠的咒语，用燃烧的十字杵做踩踏的姿势。虔诚地随心所欲，诸神欢喜，通过修行显现证悟。以猛烈的精进从分别念中解脱。如果长久不舍弃，保持状态并延长，即使是被塔卡抓住的，也能在六个月内转变，毫无疑问。如果有人以自心为证，毫不怀疑地恒常不忘，必定能从分别念的疾病中解脱，并获得成就。因对众生的慈爱，龙树造作此轮。愿由此善根，一切众生，从随意的分别念之病中解脱后，得见如来们的容颜。向珍贵的佛法僧三宝顶礼，愿一切成就和痛苦都平息。导师扎瓦日巴所造的龙树法完毕。尼泊尔班智达德瓦布尔纳玛蒂和译师比丘法贤所译。

Press down upon it. Or at the threshold of a royal palace, or beneath the threshold of a meditation chamber. In the last of the three summer months, at midday on the sixth, second, and fourth days, hide it very secretly. Press down from above with a blazing cross. With the samadhi as taught, visualize Mount Meru circling the bull, pressing down at the end of the kalpa. With a roar of great power, recite the mantra of the rosary intensely, and perform the stepping posture with the blazing cross. With devotion, pleasing the deities as desired, may enlightenment be manifested through practice. With fierce effort, be liberated from the midst of conceptualization. If one does not abandon it for a long time, maintaining the state and prolonging it, even if one is seized by Taka, it will be transformed in six months, without doubt. If one establishes one's own mind as witness, and constantly does not forget without doubt, one will surely be liberated from the disease of conceptualization and attain accomplishment. Out of love for beings, Nagarjuna composed this wheel. May all beings, through this merit, be liberated from the disease of arbitrary conceptualization, and see the faces of the Tathagatas.
