Ra. Visualize the sun's mandala at the crown, heart, and throat in the order of blue, red, and white with Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Then, the Buddhas of the three times empower you with a vase of nectar held in their hands, marked with a five-pronged wrathful vajra. Then, meditate until you become weary. When you become weary, recite only the garland of mantras bestowed by the Ganges River of Buddhas. For those who desire brevity, the essence mantra of twenty-one syllables is: Oṃ Nīlāmbara Dhara Vajrapāṇi Hṛdaya Mahākrodha Sādha Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪). If you become weary of verbal recitation, offer a torma nearby with "Oṃ Akāro Mukhaṃ," etc., and purify excesses and deficiencies with the essence of Vajrasattva. Then, if you wish to arise, draw forth the wisdom being, offer excellent worship, and request departure with the mantra "Oṃ Kṛto Ba." Then, arise with its pride. One who pleases the guru and possesses compassion, who has strong diligence, mindfulness, and a stable mind, who does not fall asleep even for a moment, likewise overcomes sleep with wisdom. Even if one is seized by Takṣaka, it will surely be reversed in six months. With respect and love for the guru, drops of nectar fall. I take them and my body expands by swallowing. The body expands, and with strength, the practitioner is taken care of and remembers the means of accomplishment. May whatever merit there is, the practitioner be free from the disease of conceptualization. This is the means of accomplishing the dhāraṇī of the great Yaksha chief, Vajrapāṇi of blue garments, called "Nectar Drops." Completed by the master Jābaripa, who arose from the Namgru lineage and attained siddhis. Translated by the Nepalese abbot Devapūrṇamati and the Tibetan translator Chokyi Zangpo. The means of accomplishing the dhāraṇī of the great Yaksha chief, Vajrapāṇi of blue garments, called "Nectar Drops."
