ཕྱིའི་གཏོར་མ། ཕྱིའི་གཏོར་མ། ༈། །བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སྦྱིན་བདག་ཆེན་པོ་གཙོ་བོ་སྟེ། །གསུངས་པས་གཏོར་མ་བཤད་དེ། དེ་ལ་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་ཏེ། ཕྱིའི་གཏོར་མ་དང་ནང་གི་གཏོར་མ་གཉིས་སོ། །དང་པོ་ཕྱི་གཏོར་གཏང་བ། རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣོད་དུ་ཁ་ཟས་གཙང་མ་དང་ཆུ་གཙང་མས་བཀང་ལ། དང་པོ་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་བྱ། ཚད་མེད་པ་བཞི་བསྒོམ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། གསུམ་གྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས། དེ་ནས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་པའི་སྔགས་གསུམ་གྱི་རྟིང་ལ། ནམཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ། ཨོཾ་སཾ་བྷ་ར་སཾ་བྷ་ར་ཧཱུཾ། ཞེས་པ་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྔོ། དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་དང༌། གཙང་རིགས་ཀྱི་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས་དང༌། འགྲོ་བ་རིས་དྲུག་གི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་འདོད་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆར་བཞིན་འབབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་བསྔོའོ།། ཕྱིའི་གཏོར་མ།

外供朵玛。 外供朵玛。 顶礼诸位上师！大施主是主尊。如是宣说了朵玛，它有两种，即外朵玛和内朵玛。首先是布施外朵玛，在珍宝器皿中盛满干净的食物和净水。首先皈依，修持四无量心。以嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）三字加持。然后于一切事业咒语三句之后，念诵 拿摩萨瓦达塔嘎达阿瓦洛给得（藏文：ནམཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ།，梵文天城体：नमः सर्व तथागत अवलोकिते，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite，汉语字面意思：顶礼一切如来观自在），嗡桑巴ra桑巴ra吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་སཾ་བྷ་ར་སཾ་བྷ་ར་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम् सम्भर सम्भर हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，圆满，圆满，吽）三遍作回向。愿三世的善逝们，以及清净种姓的怙主们，以及六道轮回的众生们，如雨般降下所欲的受用。如是回向。 外供朵玛。

Outer Torma. Outer Torma. Homage to all the Lamas! The great benefactor is the main deity. Thus, the Torma is explained, and it has two types: the outer Torma and the inner Torma. First, giving the outer Torma: fill a precious vessel with pure food and clean water. First, take refuge, and cultivate the four immeasurables. Bless with the three syllables OM AH HUM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum).
