At this time, one should practice the yoga of emptiness and lie down to sleep. This sequence accomplishes the union of Red Yamari, the Destroyer of Yama, the illusory wheels, and the collection of activities, etc. However, here, specifically, one meditates on the forms of white, yellow, red, and black, according to the distinctions of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities.
